I brought an item on 1st May
I brought an item on 1st May, as yet this has not been delivered.
I was provided with an Evri tracking number, however Evri have not received the parcel.
The customer services team keep advising me they are investigating the issue and will not provide a refund.
I was dubious of using this online company which I saw on instagram, wish I had followed my gut feeling!

Came up a little smaller than expected
Came up a little smaller than expected which was a shame as the design is gorgeous. Packaging was lovely and presentation was really nice with the product tag and card.

Really pretty dress and lovely presentation. Just allow a bit of extra time for it to arrive. Happy with it though

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. The dress was hideous, nothing like the advert. Tacky material. And they offered me 10% refund - explaining that the track and trace cost of returning would be costly. Despite saying they are a UK based company the dress was sent from China and I’m expected to return to China!

Delivery took a bit longer than I hoped but the dress is just lovely. Great quality for the price and customer service were really helpful when I got in touch. Worth it

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Cheap quality, wrong colour , very badly made and the neck on the top wasn’t sewn right, nothing like the picture shown. Completely wrong material that was shown

Not usually one for reviews but had to say something
I'm not usually one for leaving reviews but I just had to for this one. The dress arrived so well packaged and looked even better than the photos. I'm a size 14 and went with the L which fits perfectly. Customer service was lovely when I asked about sizing too. Really happy
