I ordered from this company in May
of 2024. I have called, which they never answer or call back. I have emailed for a tracking and they never reply. I still to this date don't have my product in my hand. I wouldn't order from this company if I had ANY doubts about what they are selling as you will NEVER get your money back.

Ordered two items in April, 2025 that company claimed were from USA. Received one from China looking nothing like Cotton version advertised, was cheap polyester and unwearable. 2nd item never came. Several emails from Ivory Sage requesting I continue to wait, delay was due to tariffs. Promised refund if doesn’t eventually arrive. Now in November, business customer service email is no longer valid. Item never arrived. Business website is not available in google search.

I would give zero if I could. Worst experience I've ever had. I spend a ton and received no dresses. I ordered for my daughter's wedding and they screwed me. I tried to fight them but I have no way to prove I never received anything. They refuse to refund me. They couldn't care less for customers and their service sucks and is extremely rude. They ate a trash company and have classless people working there. Do Not order from them.

I placed an order in May and it’s September and I have never received it. When I reached out to them at the end of May they responded saying they assure me it will arrive and could not refund my money since it was in process. I never received tracking info either. I have reached out several more times requesting my money back and they have not responded. I received a google message that their server could not be found! Such a scam!

ONLY 1 STAR BECAUSE I COULD NOT CHOOSE --ZERO STAR-- ORDERED 1 SHIRT AND 2 DRESSES BACK IN APRIL 2025. ERIKA IN CUSTOMER SERVICE STATES THEY HAVE BEEN SHIPPED AND ON THE WAY. NOW SINCE MAY - SHE WILL NOT RETURN AN EMAIL IN REGARD TO THE MISSING ITEMS. TO THIS DATE SEPTEMBER 4, 2025, I HAVE YET TO SEE THESE ITEMS. COMPLETE SCAM!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM IVORY SAGE BOUTIQUE

1 star only because there no zero star option. Definitely a rotten company. I ordered 3 dresses around Easter. Received one about 2 months later. Never received the other two, nor a refund. Now the website and email is down. Sure with there was something that could be done to reprimand these companies.

I wish I could give zero stars. Just like everyone else I have never received my order. It has been 3 months and I keep getting the same song and dance about tariffs and coming from china, though I have had no problem getting things from SHEIN, BloomChic, etc. they took my money and clearly had no intention of fulfilling my order. I want my dress or my money refunded asap. If anyone knows a way to get in touch with a live human please let me know. This is criminal.

My experience matches everyone else's. I ordered two dresses and received one. The one I really wanted and that I planned to wear to a wedding never arrived. It has been almost three months now. I'm apparently never receiving this dress nor getting a refund.

If I could rate zero, I would. Ordered 3 dresses. Received 1. That was 6 months ago. They do reply to email but only say to be patient, it’s en route. What surprised me is that I placed the order through Shop Pay/Affirm because I thought I would have some type of coverage, filed a complaint, and they ruled in favor of Ivory Sage because I couldn’t show proof I was missing 2 items. Lesson learned. I will continue to alert social media users about them.

I would give a zero but not an option !!!! Buyer BEWARE !!! They are frauds !!! They take your money and DO NOT send your merchandise!!! I ordered in April , I have reached out several times and they keep saying it’s on the way !!! DO NOT shop from this boutique!! They give online stores a bad name !!!

I ordered 2 dresses and one was delivered. I reached out and they just kept telling me it was still in route and even though it says delivered they can’t cancel order because it’s on the way. It’s been over 3 months, I responded numerous times and still no response. I paid for two dresses and only received one.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!! You will NOT receive your order!! This is a scam!!!!

Scam. Dress never arrived. Delay blamed on new tariffs and delays. Do not purchase from here.

Clearly, I should've checked these other reviews before ordering from this company. My story matches the others. I ordered two dresses. I received one, poorly made dress that was the wrong color. Three months later, they reaasure me they'd never steal my money. I can have a refund juuuust as soon as that dress arrives in my mail box.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This company is definitely a scam. They sent me the cheapest item in my order and when it said the others were in transit, they weren't. Still hasn't arrived and they are ghosting me like others have said. Why aren't they shut down?! It's been almost 60 days since I ordered. Needless to say, big lesson learned!! Erica scammer and I wanted my jumpsuit for work.

I ordered 2 dresses from Ivory sage on April 19, 2025. I received tracking & was told both dresses were being shipped. When the package arrived (FROM CHINA) there was only 1 dress in the container. I immediately contacted the company, only to be told by "Erica" that I should not believe the information about contents and I would receive a 2nd tracking number for the 2nd dress. That HAS never happened. I continued to email with Erika and now she is no longer responding to my emails. I should state the dress I received was for my daughter-inlaw and it is poorly made. I have requested a refund, but was told I could only get a refund when I returned the dress - how is one to get a refund for a dress that has never arrived. Erika's last email to me was May 18, 2025 and she stated she could guarantee that the second dress was in transit. I asked for a confirmation number and have still not received another email. I will NOW be contacting my credit card company and be asking them to pursue a refund for this dress. NEVER SHOP HERE!!

This company is a SCAM. I ordered 2 dresses in March, I received one, within 2 weeks. It shipped from China and is very poorly made. The second dress, according to the tracking information, in the same package, never arrived. I have been emailing Erika from their customer service for 3 months now requesting a refund or a new tracking number and she has only brushed me off with "assurances" that it is on it's way. She is a liar and a thief.

I ordered a dress two months ago and have never received it. “Erika” keeps sending me the same email that says my dress is in transit and they are not able to issue a refund. HORRIBLE experience and no resolution. Do not order from them!

Terrible company to deal with! Won't accept a refund since I got 15% off - they should state that with the discount offer! If that's not bad enough, they won't even give me a tracking number for the 2nd item that I ordered that was not in the bag with the other item. I don't think I will ever get it. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Never buy from this company! It's a scam. They sent me the wrong size dress and then refused to send the correct product until I shipped the wrong product back to China on my own dime. I'd highly recommend shopping elsewhere.
