Ivor Mairants Musicentre Omdömen

Great range of instruments at affordable prices. The ukulele I ordered arrived within a couple of days and was in perfect condition, well set up and well packaged. Communication was top notch too, so I knew when to expect the delivery. Totally recommended.

Delivery was very quick. I didn't get any updates from Ivor Mairants until the item had been delivered though, but I got a great deal from them. I will use them again.

Fast delivery, arrived in good condition, plays well out of the box.

Excellent customer service. Was looking for item that was hard to get hold off and was not in stock. They ordered it for me and I received item quickly.

A very easy and smooth process.
Good prices and availability, delivered quickly. :-)

Supplied new guitar nut quickly using Royal Mail.

Very small item should have warranted lower postage cost, would have been 5 stars otherwise.

Good quality good price

I live in Sydney Australia. I'm visiting UK for 5 weeks. I wanted an inexpensive acoustic for finger-style and slide. The perfect little guitar was available at a ridiculously low price. My mate who is with Gibson Guitars was amazed. Tom who took 3 calls from me was incredibly helpful and ensured the set-up was as requested, with higher-than-usual action and medium rather than light strings fitted. The parcel was delivered on time and in good order. Great service, just the guitar I needed. Tom, anytime time you're in Sydney I owe you a beer or two! Cheers. Hamish

Attractive prices, simple to navigate site, free and fast postage. But above that is the exceptional customer service I have received. And I truly mean that.

Ordered the guitar at an exceptional price and received the guitar the following day in perfect condition.
Great service and a fantastic guitar.

Great service!

Good on enquiries. Fast delivery.

I was only buying some plectrums but they were competitively priced and arrived quickly

Lovely guitar for my grandson and at half price a bargain arrived quickly nice company 😊

good experience replied to email that confirmed to me product would be suitable very quick service after that very pleased would use again

Love the guitar looks great and plays really well.

Very helpful in the supplying of a Vintage Bass guitar scratch plate.
