I received everything as ordered, well organized in the box and received them a lot sooner than expected and stated on their website. They followed up with phone calls and emails and provided a link to track my order.

They are a real store but the products are questionable as many(not all) of the images representing the products sold are AI generated images... so that kinda paints a suspicious portrait... why not just post real pictures ot the product?!?
Also, if the product never riches your hands, it's less likely you'll get your money back even if it's not your fault and EVEN IF YOU HAVE THEM TELLING YOU IN WRITING that they'll give your money back, you still won't be reimbursed until you dispute the transaction with your bank and you have to show them proof that the seller actually agreed to reimbursement so basically you'll get your money back the hard way and only if you have proof.
* maybe after this review they will switch to real photos but the suspicion will stay and also not getting your money back will stay

The order and purchase process is strange due to it being in India. But the projected delivery time of 30 days ended up being only 16 days. So that was a pleasant surprise. The PayPal goes to someone's personal account - so you are taking a leap of faith. What was comforting and courteous was their immediate response to the payment and their tracking information from 17track. The tracking information was sent 8 days after order. So that was a little concerning but a comfort to be able to check on it.
