I love the concept of ivee and their instant Ai review of my CV was constructive and helpful. As I have over 40 years varied experience it suggested I concentrate on highlighting my most recent experience. However, as I am considering a Career Change I think it is also important to consider how to highlight previous career successes; especially as in today's world people often have several careers and their skillset can be drawn from all of them when looking at doing something new.
