We’ve had a problem with billing right from the start, two years ago. We reported the issue but always received evasive replies – I assume from a machine. Recently, Miss Delia (I assume a human) contacted us; she took charge of the situation, responded quickly and brilliantly proposed a compromise solution to ensure that the relationship of trust wasn’t damaged.
If she isn’t a human, the automated service has improved considerably.
