So curiosity getting the better of me I decided to order a few parts and lone behold I received the parts without issue. I’ve had an amazing experience with customer service and the transaction went smoothly. I was able to track my order from the website with ease. Personally I would definitely use them again. 10/10.

Same drill as some other reviewers that got scammed through SmartTeck. AVOID total scam

They used to be Smartteck.co.uk and they obviously write themselves positive reviews. Don’t expect any purchased item from them and they are not cheap. Hope people read reviews and won’t support those who can do nothing but steal.
One of the scammers made a mistake and I was able to track him and his real name. Of course I have made a report to the government protection so not very long now until they’ll be facing justice.

Complete scam. No product delivery or replies to email. Serial setter-up of new companies leaving a chain of defrauded customers in his wake. Phoenixisation it's called. Current website is the old SmartTeck (Yorkshire, see Companied House) one rebranded.
I'm out a few hundred pounds to the old company which will doubtless be wound up soon.

Placed an order last Saturday and never received so much as an order confirmation. The laptop never arrived. I don't believe they ever had it in the first place. No way to contact them as the phone numbers on their website don't work/ aren't real. As others have alluded to, this feels very shady. Had to have my credit card provider put a stop payment on it. Appalling experience - avoid like the plague!
