Hi Waqar,
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave your feedback.
We're very sorry to hear of your experience and have been in constant contact with you via email to help you and the situation.
As the merchant attempted delivery within the expected delivery timeframe, as per the Ts and Cs they've implemented a failed delivery fee at their discretion. The cancellation request which came days later was picked up and completed right away, along with the refund.
As a marketplace, we pride ourselves on connecting DIYers with trusted local builders merchants. If one of our merchant partners provides a service that is below our usual standard, we follow-up with them so they can make it right.
Hopefully you’ve been happy with the service we’ve provided.
Thanks again for shopping with us and Happy DIYing!
