I ordered a raincoat from this company. It arrived after 3 weeks the sizing is completely wrong and the quality not great. I have requested a returns form in three occasions and have had absolutely no response. I require a refund and if I do not hear soon I will ask my credit card company to recover the payment. I would warn not to use this company under any circumstances!! Having written this review I was contacted by the company, interesting timing! There was no apology for their failure to respond to my previous emails, of course. Instead, to add insult to injury, the writer informed me that they did not offer refunds on final sale items, so basically I will not get my money back, despite the item not being suitable. She said this was clear in the terms and conditions, however I have examined these and cannot see this clause anywhere! She also told me that I could return the item at my own expense, although there would be no refund or replacement. Why would I do that? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A DISGRACE! I will be taking this up with Trading Standards.

It’s been a long time since I have seen a dress this beautiful and so well made. At first I was nervous to purchase a dress because of the cost and of course purchasing it online. But let me tell you they did not disappoint. What you see is what you are getting and so much more. The corset is very comfortable and the material is soft on the skin. Awful return policy! Don’t buy from this company! I have purchased from many companies w quality merchandise and have never experienced a return difficulty. I purchased a dress for my daughters wedding wring size so I EXCHANGED for different size same dress still didn’t fit but was not permitted to return. Evidently if you exchange you can’t return. Ridiculous!! Customer care was useless and answers multiple times w a generated response. It’s 2025 Mills! People mostly ship on line and need the option of exchange and return! So I’m out the money but oh yeah “I can sell it” I was told
