TRUSTWORTHY
I was looking for a Hamilton X-02. I found one at itmustbetime.com. The one they had in stock was sold, but I had already paid for the watch. I had to wait 3 weeks, but they found me one and sent it to me, with free shipping. They are trustworthy and I would do business with them again, and I must mention they had the best price!

Great watches
The watch was shipped to me 3 days after I ordered it. It came fully sealed with a 2 year warranty. The reps over the phone were very patient with me. I called them about 8 times asking different questions. Don't normally buy watches and for this reason I wanted to be extra certain about my purchase. Thanks for the great service!

I worked in the luxury timepiece industry & have a good knowledge of available designs & prices both wholesale, employee discount & retail. itmustbetime.com's selection (especially upon request) is limitless, & their prices absolutely beat retail, even nearing employee discount costs, barely over wholesale. Not to mention the wonderful, attentive customer service. I bought an IWC Pilot for my boyfriend that he loved so much, we also came back 2 weeks later & ordered a Portuguese for his Dad's Father's Day gift. When I choose my own next watch, I won't buy it from anyone else.

I shopped around for my Movado Series 800 both online and in the department stores until I wandered upon itmustbetime.com. Their price on this particular watch was by far the best I've seen both online and in retail stores even when they're on sale. At first I thought it was one of those bait and switch kind of website but I read all the reviews and couldn't finds anything negative about the company so I put my order in with a slight reservations. A few days later when I called to check up on my order the gentleman I talked to (Bobby) told me because my watch was so popular it wasn't in stock and he was doing his best to track one down for me. I started to second guess my decision to buy from him but Bobby did honor his promise and found another dealer who delivered it to me for the same price advertised. I'm very happy with my purchase and it looks great on me and I will buy from itmustbetime.com again.

When shopping for my Luminox watch I was quickly drawn to IMBT by the price they offered - the lowest I saw anywhere. But from the first phone call to confirm availability, Bobby gave the best customer service I have had from anyone in years. He gave knowledgable answers to my questions, was extremely friendly and even called me to let me know when my watch shipped. Awesome!!!
