i like how convenient and user-friendly the interface giving me a pleasant experience and making my studying path more enjoyable. I was fascinated by how many tasks the website consists for training. However i don't quite understand some symbols in mock tests from resources section, and i don't know if the problem is coming from italostudy or from cisia so I'm not gonna take away a star

Not worth a penny
At first, the website looks great, and there are a lot of free sources to study for the CEnt-S exam. That's the big trap. I have taken the exam in both the macro period and the material you will see on the website, free/paid, is nowhere close to an actual exam. All material here is copied from scribd website or created via AI by feeding old TOLC-I, E exams. I know the website looks great, but there are tons of tools available nowadays to build websites like this to influence others that it is legit, and the resources created to study material are also created using AI tools with lots of mistakes. If you rely on it, trust me, you will fail very badly. So if you are thinking about giving money, make sure to give to an actual person onscreen who knows or is well educated to teach people what they are doing, rather than to some bot who doesn't know anything. Our material is not copied from any website or book. We develop our questions independently, with input from students who have already taken and cleared the exam, along with continuous analysis of exam trends.
We’ve also received feedback from many students recently who mentioned that the type and style of questions they practiced on ItaloStudy felt relevant during their actual exam.

bad customer service, incomplete site.
people pay for this site and reasonably they ask for the learning part to work. and the owner of the site writes passive aggressive responses like "be patient, im the only one working". first of all, there is no time to be patient. the literal purpose of the site, cent-s exam period, is almost over. some people are actually relying on this site. (not me thank god) if someone is paying for your service, they ask for good and proper service. you cant get angry for this and tell ur paying customers to be patient. so the customer service is very horrible. i checked out the other parts of the site, and its alright. if the customer service was good my review could have been higher, even though an important part of the site doesnt work.
