I booked with this company through Booking.com for 12 people, but due to issues with their settings (which they admitted to me both in writing and with photographs and then proceeded to gaslight me by saying there was nothing wrong with their settings after just admitting it...) they had it for only 6 people. They refused to amend the booking and told me to pay another 1,200 Euros, or find another accomodation! This is less than a week until the trip for 11 adults and a baby, and the property being fully paid for. Their tone when discussing this was less than professional and they tried to blame me for making the reservation correctly. I was SHOCKED by such behavior, especially because this was not my fault whatsoever. They don't include information about electricity charges after a certain point, or that you will be video surveiled (no information on who watches this, if it stored, how long it is stored etc.). Their cleaning fee on Booking is more than through their website which further shows they are not to be trusted. I also took issues with some contract stipulations... If I were you, I'd get the contract from them before sending ANY money.

Edit to respond: i provided Asula with the confirmation email for 12 people and Booking.com also sent them the confirmation that it was booked for 12 people. More lies and no responsibility taken. Would add photo proof if i could.

Wonderful place, close to the beach, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for family or group of 4-6 friends.

I was very impressed with the customer care right from the beginning. Any query made was immediately and politely addressed.
The house too was beautiful and comfortable. Easy to reach as we had a car and moved around the area. Supermarket and beach nearby was also really good.
If I could give some suggestions, it would be to have a chair in the new, beautiful, upstairs bedrooms. And maybe a little more basics in the kitchen, like sugar.
When we did have a request for a kettle, it was immediately answered and we really loved this.

Peaceful & stylish Villa (Villa Vogue Retreat), fully equipped , and conveniently located to everything. Definitely the perfect chill-out retreat. Highly recommended.

We had a weeks stay at Casa Natia, one of IsulaTravel's villas, which was absolutely perfect for us and we had a fab week.
The search and booking process was seamless, Ersilia was super responsive and helpful throughout.
We will not hesitate to use them again in the future!

Our stay at Dimora Controvento was very great. The house was perfect for our needs. Everything was to our satisfaction. The proximity to the beach is great, and so is the beach itself. The handover of the accommodation went quickly and smoothly. Everything was explained to us and a cold bottle of Prosecco was waiting for us in the kitchen – our holiday could begin!

We rented the beach villa for a week with 10 people and were completely thrilled. The villa was very clean and just as beautifully furnished as it appears in the photos on the website. Everything is modern, new and fully functional.

The daily service was particularly pleasant: someone came every day to clean, tidy up and make the beds, so we didn't have to worry about anything – not even the rubbish. Once a week, the bed linen and all towels were changed, which made our stay even more comfortable.

The villa offers plenty of space and is perfectly equipped, so you immediately feel at home. We can absolutely recommend it and would come back anytime!

Una casa fantastica, con tutti i comfort che si può desiderare! Ottima soluzione per più famiglie desiderose di passare del tempo insieme, ma sempre con la privacy delle proprie stanze. Ristrutturata in maniera deliziosa. Ersilia è sempre stata a disposizione per tutte le richieste.

Top notch service from beginning to end. Whenever queries were sent, I was replied to immesiately. Villa was clean, including all the necessaties that you may require, comfortable and beautiful. Our second stay at Villa Iris and we loved it 😍

Excellent service and excellent property. Ersilia was very helpful and responsive to my many questions. Would use Isula again without hesitation.

Very good service. Everything was lovely. The company go above and beyond to ensure you are happy. Minor problems sorted very quickly and correspondence was excellent. Beautiful villa all as described. We were very happy :)

We sincerely thank Simona and the team from Isula Travel for the wonderful support and the lovely time in Sicily. The Organisation was perfect, the communication and planning and arrangements with Simona via WhatsApp was very professional and the whole team took care of everything on site perfectly. The house "Villa Barbara" was just as described and absolutely beautiful. We felt comfortable and will definitely book with Isula Travel again.

Prachtig huis, mooi zwembad, fijn contact met medewerkers.

We hebben erg genoten van het huis, het was voorzien van alle gemakken en het zwembad was super. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en ook de eigenaar was aanwezig. Eén heerlijk pakket met wijn en lokale lekkernijen en fruit stond klaar. We waren verbaasd van wat allemaal aanwezig was in het huis. En alles mochten we gebruiken. We hebben enkele een kleine tip voor de toekomst, wat zachte kussens voor de ligbedden buiten zou wel fijn zijn. Voor ons was dit een top huis om onze vakantie te vieren.

The Villa was beautiful. Germana was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
Lorena from Isula who we also worked with us and who set up the trip for us was also very helpful in informing us about the villa and helping us procure a car and telling us about things to do in the area. I would definitely recommend them both and Isula. It was all seamless and we had a great stay.

It was a great stay at Villa Fenicottero. The object has everything you need - dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, pool with sunbeds and several places with shade.

Everything was clean. Everyday a men came to clean a pool and water the flowers.

Francesco - who managed the villa - was very helpful, gives us some tips about surrounding area and quickly responds to all my messages. Thank you.
