I Never received my order. I wrote an email asking informations and no one answered me.

I had an amazing experience with iStamPic! The quality of the products is outstanding and everything arrived exactly as described. Order came after 7 days. Print quality is terrible and the case itself is made out of plastic and there’s marks on the inside cover . It picks up so much fingerprints you have to clean it after every use of your phone . Feels really cheap in the hand and the price is too much as it seems you can get this for 7 pounds whilst it is 18 and you can’t even charge it wirelessly. I do not recommend this.

Realicé un pedido por primera vez en esta página. En la web indica expresamente que el pedido llega entre 1 y 4 días.

Me urgía la funda por lo que encima pagué 2,99 euros más para que el pedido fuera entregado con más celeridad.

El pedido lo recibí 11 días más tarde. Según ellos, pueden necesitar 36 horas para personalizar el pedido, cosa que no entiendo, porque en ningún momento pone que las fundas sean personalizadas, dado que tú eliges el modelo que ya está en la imagen, pero bueno. Aún así, 36 horas más 4 días máximo que según ellos es la entrega, no suman 11 días, por lo que me siento estafada.

He solicitado la devolución de la tasa extra que pagué por un servicio rápido y ni siquiera me contestan, son unos impresentables y los TikTokers que la publicitan, unos timadores.

I placed an order for the first time on this page. The website expressly indicates that the order arrives between 1 and 4 days.

I was in need of a cover so on top of that I paid 2.99 euros more for the order to be delivered more quickly.

I received the order 11 days later. According to them, they may need 36 hours to customize the order, which I don't understand, because at no point does it say that the covers are personalized, since you choose the model that is already in the image. Even so, 36 hours plus a maximum of 4 days, which according to them is delivery, does not add up to 11 days, so I feel cheated.

I have requested a refund of the extra fee I paid for a fast service and they don't even answer me, they are unpresentable and the TikTokers who advertise it are scammers.
