Don't like such service
I purchased in this shop, and expect delivery cost 20$. I payed for the order and delivery. But after 1 week that manager sent me to pay 40$ more for delivery. 60$ total for delivery. It was to much for delivery cost, and asked to cancel my order.
Some time later manager wrote me a message
"The postage covers up to 2kg this is over 2kg so the postage has to be paid we have never promised anything. If you don't want to purchase then simply don't order.
I will pass this on for a refund minus the fees detailed in my last email "
I don't think it is good service not to tell me delivery cost at the beginning, and then charge me money if i don't agree to pay much more. They charged me 5GBP and 5% from my payment via GooglePay.
Approximate weight of my package is 2,9kg for reference. This weight i took for toy official website.
3 weeks passed from my purchase to refund

My message before was
"It wasn't my mistake. The delivery cost was 3 times more, that you promised.
However I don't won't buy from your store anyway
Cancel my order"
I don't think it is rude. I don't expect such price. In message before you wrote me that i have to pay money if I don't agree with delivery cost. I told you about my feelings. I don't want to pay extra 40$ that is why I have to pay money for cancellation.

Hi, our postage clearly states it only covers up to 2kg ( this is a small parcel) and to contact us for anything more for overseas customers. We also make it clear in our delivery section that if you place the order regardless an invoice for the additional postage will be sent. This is what we did, we don’t control the postage prices unfortunately. You ordered the Connetix Paatsl Ball run this is a large parcel and over 3kg once packed into a box with protective packaging! You were also ordering from Ukraine, a country no courier wants to deliver to!!! So the 1 I found the price is the price.
As you didn’t contact us prior and choose to cancel, the fees we are charged by your payment provider are passed on as we no longer have the sale to soak these up and as a small business won’t be left out of pocket if our website is ignored We also make this clear in our deliver section.
We would advise you to read all the information available to you as this could have been avoided.
I can also see the response you mention was to a rather rude message you had emailed through to us.
You placed the order Boxing Day and we didn’t return to work until 5th January again all communicated on the website so of course the refund took a while

Durable Lanka Kade toys and great customer service!
We ordered Lanka Kade farm animals and a nativity set.
Our grandsons are enjoying both and the quality and durability are very good…we live in the southeastern US and our toys arrived in great condition…thank you, issacs treasures for your caring and efficient customer service….we will definitely order again!

Wonderful service!
Wonderful service!! I ordered some lanka kade figures to help me with my story sack for my classroom. Donna the owner of Isaac’s Treasurea delivered these super fast! I am so impressed with the standard of service. When my packaged arrived, all the figures were nearly placed with surrounded paper to protect them. Thank you so much for saving a teachers bacon!
