I buy these products often for my husband. He is at the gym daily. He is 65 years old and loves these products. He said they have definitely helped his stamina and endurance. He can work out harder and go further and longer. He said he has definitely seen a difference since using them compared to other products and does not get the jitters or the crash either. These are great supplements. I like that they are formulated to help with performance and stamina, which is great if you're doing a lot of workouts and are concerned with energy levels and building stamina.
