My husband and I had the ease, comfort and good fortune to meet Linda Larkin of Irish Tourism and work with her to plan our memorable trip on the Wild Atlantic Way. She was informed, consistently responsible and very professional throughout the time (May to Dec of 2024) we worked with her. Her communication was clear,immediate,warm and welcoming and her problem solving ability was most impressive and appreciated. She made our travel rewarding and reassuring and went above and beyond to let us know about local eateries in all of the counties that we visited. We would heartily recommend Linda Larkin for folks doing a self-drive tour in Ireland. We would also most definitely encourage a trip on the Wild Atlantic Way with Linda as a reassuring presence in the background on an adventure such as this. My wife and I were taking a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Ireland. Never having been there, we needed help putting together the ideal vacation. IrishTourism, and especially Stephanie, were amazing! Stephanie asked lots of questions to find out how she could make our trip amazing, and then put together the perfect package. She took care of every detail of the trip, even making adjustments to the dates because I forgot about pre-existing plans! All of the places in which we stayed were really nice and the itinerary gave a lot of great information and suggestions. Would most definitely recommend IrishTourism for your next trip to Ireland!

Great Trip!!! Nuala Sheedy did an excellent job coordinating with us to adjust the trip to meet our needs. We had flights previously booked and she adjusted everything to make it work with them. She was also very helpful in suggesting places to visit along the trip. It was great working with her on a trip we will always remember!

Our tour contact, Stephanie, was just fabulous. Ready to meet our every need, including booking us in great hotels as well as in the one place I requested. I have used Irish Tourism before, and I was very happy with them, thus booking again through them. If I go to Ireland again, I will again book with Stephanie and Irish Tourism.
Having traveled to Ireland previously doing a self drive, this tour was greatly improved with driver Kenny O'Neill. He was very knowledgeable and was able to take us to out of the way spots, we wouldn't have known about. If there were more than 5 stars, I would used more.

We worked with Nuala Sheedy and she provided us with very detailed planning. The hotels were great and they were very close to the train stations so we did not have to drag luggage a long distance. We had a private driver take us from Killarney to Galway and he was just great! I wish I could remember his name. All in all it was a nice stress free trip!

An amazing trip taking in all the sights of Southern Ireland from Rosslare, Waterford, Cork, Killarney and the fabulous Ring of Kerry returning via Mizen Head and Kinsale. All neatly choregraphed and accompanied by superb itinerary compiled by the very helpful team at Irish Tourism. Which included all the superb hotels and points of interest along the way. Thank you can't wait to return.

Dream Ireland Trip Autumn 2024

My husband and I recently returned from traveling to Ireland. We had an awesome and beautiful trip and owe our special thanks to Nuala at Irish Tourism. We are pretty specific about our travel needs, and she not only met them but exceeded them in many cases. We chose the rail - which was wonderful; our hotels were extraordinary; the people we met were so warm, kind and sincere, and of good humor. The places we went were so memorable - and this trip has become our new favorite. Thank you Nuala - you are a gem - and we hope to be back to experience more of Ireland in the near future!

Maria Leib was an amazing resource and guide for us as we customized their Castles and Manors tour. Every accommodation was amazing, comfortable & clean, modern yet ancient in the best way. She found a charming driver for our group who was very knowledgeable of the sites and flexible with our schedule. Everything was absolutely perfect! The options they gave us helped take the guess work out of picking things to do in a place that has an unlimited amount of things to choose from. All of the accomodations were fantastic and everyone was so incredibly kind! We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed ourselves and how easy this made our experience as a result. Our group of 25 family and friends just got back from an 11 day tour of Ireland and Scotland. With the help of Maeve we had the most amazing time. She was so nice and informative. Planning with the team was easy and very efficient through email exchanges. One check in call completed our itinerary. We experienced a full day and a half delay in Heathrow. Again, Linda took quick care of changing rail tickets and alerting hotel. I would highly recommend Irish Tourism if you want a fantastic experience in Ireland without a tour group.

They were very helpful with not only the tour information but cell phone access information and helped us with outside tours.

Our tour guide was fantastic!
He was able to adjust the tour based upon our preferences. He was funny, accomodating, and was able to do special things based upon his knowledge and relationships with decision makers who enabled us to enter venues often not available to the public. His attention to detail was impressive. He was always on time, had an immaculate van, and was an impressive and safe driver.

Our trip itinerary was coordinated by Nuala Sheedy who listened to our desires and put together a fantastic trip. We selected one of the many itineraries and then customized it to suit our wishes. Nuala was responsive, informative, and fun to work with.

We really enjoyed working with Stephanie and the other staff at Irishtourism.com for our 10-day rail trip through Ireland. They handle all the logistics for you; you are not traveling with a group. Where we had day trips, the local tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable. The drivers they arranged for us were true professionals as well. The lodging was very nice. We had a delay to our flight for departure and the staff was very responsive in adjusting our pick-up time for the airport. Thanks so much for a great visit.

Travel trips.
- Most hotels do not have WiFi or in-room fridges.
- Because you are not with a group, you can add extra nights at any location. We would have done this to give us some down time or to see more local sights had we thought about it in advance.

Our experience from the very beginning, was excellent. The communication during the planning process was prompt and informative. The accommodations during our stay were excellent! The information on each destination option provided was extensive and we felt well informed and prepared!! I have referred this company to many friends already and would do so again without hesitation!!
