Whatever you do, do not order from this company. It claims to sell luxury items and they are far from it. I purchased a dress which was supposed to be reduced from £110 to £55. The same dress is available on sheen for £5 this is what the dress is really worth. I too really wish I'd seen these reviews before I placed an order. Total scam. I've requested a refund but don't hold out a lot of hope. Wish I could have scored them 0 on the review 😡.

This company is based in Hong Kong and you won't get what you ordered and you'll overpay for it. Good luck on getting a response back.

Like some of the other reviewers I too wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered two items - one of which is OK, not great quality but then not that expensive. The other was too big and returning it is more or less impossible unless one wants to send something back to China and incur costs for it. Don't buy from them - it's too much hassle. They did offer me a 20% refund and the opportunity to keep the goods - I've opted for that but will wait and see whether a refund ever appears.

What a total joke. My head size for hats etc is very small. The head hole in the dress is tiny and won’t allow me to put it on. It’s laughable.
Total scam so public beware.
I should have checked this company out before purchase.
The quality is so poor it could never be worn - a total disgrace and needs investigation.

SCAM. Do not buy from this company Iris and Grayson . Website is obviously AI generated. No address. No telephone number, customer service chat doesn’t reply, I did get a reply to my email. They Waffled on about saving the planet and planting trees, realised then this was a scam. Was given after umpteen emails an address which was quite comical ( express freight office 3 rd floor by green door , so on and so on . I thought I’ll never get my money back so will have a bit of fun emailing back. Offered £10 back from £49.00 I had paid for the cloth rag of an outfit they sent me. I eventually got £25.00 back. I reported them to Facebook. Site has now disappeared. I’m sure they will re emerge under a different name. Do not buy anything advertised on Facebook. I’ve learnt my lesson

DONOT buy from this company the fabric of the outfit I purchased was very cheap and I wanted to return it but the refund policy is hopeless you have to send to china to a random address at your own expense !!! This is NOT what it says on the online shop this company should cease trading and I will be contacting trading standards

Please, please, please do Not order anything from this company. I wish I had read the reviews before I had.
The whole set up is beyond anything I have ever encountered before.
The company totally operates from China and whilst the marketing is, that it deals with " luxury" items they most definitely are not.
They have repeatedly refused to give me a returns address and have instead offered me a very small fraction of the money I have paid and told me that I can keep the goods that I dont want.
This company should be shut down and I will be consulting citizens advice and Google to see what can be done.
Absolute disgrace.

And now today I have received another unwanted item from them. It's just crazy. Am keeping a very close eye on my bank account as I do not want this item and most certainly do not want to pay for it.

I wouldn’t even give them one star. Complete scammers. Clothes are rubbish. Then they try and give you 50% back if you want to return them. After many emails they finally gave me an address in China - the goods will never get there. Absolutely scam

I would give no stars!! Clearly not a London based company. Ordered 2 weeks ago apparently in transit! No customer service. £100 spend for a wedding outfit! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SO SAY LONDON BASED COMPANY!!! TOTAL SCAM!! 😡😡

I ordered 2 dresses from Iris Johanna on June 12, 2026. I have yet to receive either of them! I researched this co prior to placing my order, and Google said they were legit. Their website says they are based in Hudson Bay, NY, and that their products ship within 5-7 days. It has now been 3 weeks!

Iris Johanna has sent me numerous emails saying they "are sorry", and that my order has been "processed". However, the shipping co they use, SwiftX, says they have a request to pick up and deliver my order, but they do not know if it has been shipped or not.

I have notified the FTC, the BBB, my bank, and other government agencies.

This company is obviously a complete SCAM! I ordered these dresses to wear to my son's Celebration of Life, but I am now aware that I will not ever receive them!!

Whatever you do, do NOT order ANYTHING from Iris Johanna clothing!!
I do not want anyone else to fall for their SCAM and loose money!!

Well, I received my 2 dresses, and like a lot of other people, they were NOTHING like I ordered!!

I have shown my friends who saw the pictures from the Iris Johanna website, and they are agast at the absolute garbage I received! One of the dresses actually has stains right in the front and the back from a spill during their screen printing!! I did not order "screen printed" dresses!! These look like an elderly lady's house dress or nightgown.

They just want to give me 25% of my money back and let me keep their garbage!! NO!!!!

I am asking anyone who has scammed by this company, Iris Johanna, to please file a report on this site. I am actually considering filing a Class Action lawsuit. I am also going to go to my Congresswoman and ask her to help shut this website and business down so it won't be allowed to sell or distribute in the US!!

I have now seen soo many others who have been scammed, and this needs to stop. I did not read far enough to see all the complaints before I ordered my dresses.

Please help shut this website and business down, at least in the US!! Our country does not need these scammers selling in the US!!

A TOTAL SCAM! I tried to cancel this immediately after purchase as stated on their website that it can be cancelled before shipment and they refused several times with a generic message of too bad. They also state 100% satisfaction or refund too, also false. I’ve received this dress, which is a sorry polyester maxi slip dress with a “failed sobriety drunken sketch artist” lace lines 3D printed on as a design. Complete FAIL. Absolutely NOTHING like pictured, so a bait and switch. It’s a fraudulent design, a disgusting joke and a total ripoff catastrophe. Why do they even let them advertise this mess, it’s misleading and damaging. Don’t fall for this, don’t do it. You’ll regret it.

Placed an order and was scammed they clearly running some underground bullshit to scam everyone funny how my delivery was apparently delivered in London (where they are located) when the address on order was Lancashire says they have refunded but recieved no payment

The clothes at Iris are lovely and I have been a customer for many years. Their returns customer service definitely needs reviewing and improving. Emailed, rang and filled out an online form from their website but still no response. Not the kind of service that is expected of a good quality boutique like Iris.

The customer service has no response after I've received a wrong size item, I did not receive any refund or exchange. Very bad service.

Extremely overpriced. Very unwelcoming. Couldn’t believe the prices on some of the home decor products. And the clothes didn’t appear to be great quality. Didn’t spoil a nice afternoon in Hampstead with friends who live locally but would never go in there again. Shame when so many shops are so nice and welcoming.

Ordered some garden membrane with holes prominent through. Saw on Facebook. No sign of the order. No email to say delay. Poor service.
