Stole the money from my husband today, very sneaky way to steal, you click many times that you don’t need subscriptions, but still get 24 hour trial after which they take €60 from bank account as subscription, and in a hurry you may not notice this while you click. Refused to refund my husband , saying that everything is legal. Just AVOID!

Simple test de QI effectué, pour l’amusement plus qu’autre chose.
Paiement de 0.50€ pour obtenir le résultat du test, et écris en petit et donc « légal » mais pour autant très peu éthique, presque une manœuvre dolosive, je cite « Après la période d'essai de 24 heures, et à défaut de résiliation de votre part, notre offre se renouvellera automatiquement sous forme d'abonnement sans engagement au prix de 49,70 € TTC par mois » .
Quelle surprise de voir -49€ sur son compte, surtout quand on est étudiant et que chaque euro compte, merci à vous, je ne me souviens aucunement avoir coché la case d’ailleurs.

There is something very fishy about this company…
if you pay for the single IQ test you automatically subscribe for a monthly 49€ service that gets automatically deducted. And no way to get it back or dispute it.
No clarity on what you are paying for either.
Terms and condition are hidden.
There are no info about their CEO or what this company is about. There are no info about offices, official headquarters or anyone that works there. Their social profiles are empty, no followers. Their Linkedin account does not mention any real person working there or managing the business.
I was billed 150€ for nothing. It feels like a scam 100%

I’ve made a purchase at my responsibility and it’s hey didn’t need to return money back. Although they did because it as a special occasion and the support team was at contact all times. I highly suggest them they have good tests and they are good hearted company. 5/5 stars. If they had more I would put.

Literally says “Free online IQ test with free results” on the front page, and then makes you pay 50p.
Later you get charged 50p for a “subscription” that was clearly not talked about in the payment. You have then proceeded to charge me 2 x payments of £42.02 and £40.90 and I have no way of cancelling the subscription as I have no log in details. I have contacted the company via their website form and emailed and no one has responded.
You should be ashamed of yourself for targeting vulnerable people through misinformation. We are in a cost of living crisis and you entice people with 'free' tests and then proceed to strip bank accounts of money with no ability to stop this continued fraudulent activity.
The UK operate strict laws to protect consumers from app developers who mislead and mis-sell products. You are stealing money from my account on a monthly basis for a product I have no need for and more importantly no ability to cancel. I want my money back now! Please respond to my emails as a matter of urgency!
This is a total scam and half the reviews you’ll find are either 5 stars (Spam bots) and 1 star reviews.
