I wonder why those 88% of people have given 1 star. These people are complaining that IQCenter is a scam. Many are saying that after taking the test, they made the 50cnt payment to "Discover their IQ" result. However, after 2 days, the company deliberately deducted the subscription fee from their credit card without warning.

To all these genius IQ minds, I want to say that before proceeding with payment, there is a mandatory box that has to be checked: "I acknowledge that I have read and accepted the *Terms of Use* and the Privacy Policy of iqcheckup.com."

The issue is that people are always in a hurry and don't bother to read any of the "Terms of Use," which clearly state under the pricing title, as follows:

"The services are offered with a recurring charge. We provide a 2-day trial period at a cost of 0.50€. After the trial period ends, the price for the Services is 39.90€ per month. If you do not cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew, and you will be billed accordingly."

So I suggest, next time, genuis people with "low IQ levels" should not blame a company, for their mistakes, if they can not read or don't bother to read the company terms and immediately start bashing the company.

Based on my experience, I am going to give the IQCenter a 5 STAR, because, despite people's fault, the company is kind enough to accept their refund requests.

I did the test paid the 50c and was aware of subscription I one did not get the results two was told I had no account on the website so now I’m going to be charged for a subscription on an account I DO NOT HAVE don’t bother with the test

The test itself was decent, after i was done they asked me to pay 50cnt, so i did, the results were that i had 106iq.... Could be very right.... I also read the reviews of the site before i paid, so i knew that i had to cancel the subscripion imidietly after i paid.

You can cancel the subscribtion on the site itself. When you login you have to go to "my account" and click "unsubscribe"....

So for short the website "iqcenter" is a shady scam...

I really should have checked the reviews, before doing the test. But I didn't.
So, I did the free test and paid 0.50€ to see my result.
Then I got charged two days later for a subscription that wasn't clearly indicated.

They just accepted my refund request, so I'll have my money back. It took three emails and some constructive criticism - and a bit of emapthy for the customer service person. Because it really isn't their fault how the website is built.

So, if you do fall into the trap, persist. It shouldn't take too long - after all they don't want to spend days and days dealing with rather annoyed users.

Son unos estafadores, recién me suscribí para ver mis resultados, pago 50 céntimos, me fuerzan a realizar el test de nuevo, me vuelven a decir que pague otros 50 céntimos, lo veo tan extraño y fuera de lugar que me niego, así que decido investigar bien si el supuesto certificado anterior me había llegado y no me había dado cuenta, pero no, no me enviaron nada. Como veo que no van a cumplir con lo prometido decido cancelar mi suscripción (estoy de prueba por dos dias, y me he suscrito hace una hora) para evitar que me cobren. Cada vez que pongo mi correo electrónico, el mismo que ellos me muestran como suscrito, aparece un mensaje que dice que ese correo no está en su base de datos. Es curioso que no les aparezca cuando quiero eliminarlo, pero sí para enviarme los mensajes y para permitirme cambiar mi contraseña. Les he enviado un mensaje y voy a poner una denuncia formal en la policía y otra en atención al cliente.

Y a écrit gratuit en grand mais il faut payer à la fin du test de 20min à éviter.

Arrivati sul sito si può avviare test del QI, vengono poi richiesti 0,50€ per ricevere il risultato e fin qui va tutto bene. Dopo 48 però scatta abbonamento mensile di 39,90 di cui ci si rende conto solo una volta ricevuto, quando si gira sul sito con più attenzione. Se invece si da la disdetta entro 48 ore si pagano solo i 0,50 iniziali.

It is a scam. They operate do not deal in good faith. All the scam reviews here are true, unfortunately people do not check trustpilot before taking tests.

Web page uses tricky tactics, manipulate your attention to other things. You do IQ test (that what you coming in for), it is right on the front, but nowhere it is mentions that it is not free. Once done they not showing you result until you agree to "terms and conditions" which are long and most people not bother reading, and they asking you to pay a very small fee(something like 0.50 cents). You just spend 20 minutes of your time solving puzzles and you eager to get the results, they say you done well above average % of population and to see results pay a small fee. Fine I understand all have to make money some how, pay the fee and get subscribed to "subscription" service of 39 euro per month... And good luck rebating it. And on top I doubt you will be in any mood to do IQ test again.

Scammers. Same as everyone else , I didn't read the trustpilot and got charged 2 days later. Tried to get my money back and they refused. Now I'm going to try with my bank. This should be illegal.

The IQ Test itself was absolutely fine and fun. The company however sneaked an Abo in there somehow without the proper heads up or anything really. I paid almost 80€ until I discovered that it was from this stupid IQ Test and quit the subscription. Very shady to trick your costumers into paying monthly.

Scam site. After one test, they want to pay 0.5€ for result and somewhere, they hide that after 2 day period of “free trial” it bills you 40€ for month. No warning just takes it from your credit card which details you put on that half euro payment. Just so dishonest. Email with question, if you want to continue your “subscription” would be nice, but thats some ideal world bs.

They are scammers.
If you see them online, run. I did their IQ test for fun, decided to pay €0.50 for it, and two days later they charged me €39.90 for a monthly membership I've never agreed to. I am now in a dispute with them, demanding that they pay me back as: 1. They do not clearly state the implication of taking their test and paying €0.50 for it. 2. They only mention the monthly membership on a separate page, that you have to specifically look for, so they basically trick you to gain access to your financial details that they use to make unauthorised charges. Needless to say, they have refused to return my money.

SCAM! STAY AWAY!

They always tell you that your result is “higher than 89% of the global population”. Even with random answers.

On top of this, they subscribe you to 40€ per month.

They charge you 39,90€ for a monthly subscription that was not clearly indicated on the payment page to see your results.

The customer service does not want to refund

They accepted my refund request. However, I would like to point out that the subscription is not clearly presented to the user and I do not find that this is a correct practice.

Scam! Scam! I spent 20 minutes on this answering the questions correctly, then I did it again with fake answers. I got the same result. Scam! Scam! Scam!
