1 star for the few local radio stations that chose our track.
Now after trying ipluggers.com, we truly don't believe this is worth the money.
However we thought we would give it a try.
4 weeks radio plugging for 499€.
The result: 27 downloads in all.
12 of those are B2B retail stations for stores and the like, hotels etc.
15 small time local radio stations downloads.
Comprehensive search reveals that we basically did not gain any significant airplay from this.
(we can not find 1 playlist with our track)
Asking a question to ipluggers.com about if they plugged to a few named radio stations mid campaign, resulted in a mail where they asked us to pay for 4 weeks additionally. (499€) (we searched for a lot of radio stations that plays our niche/style) - this resulted in a no answer, pay us more mail!.
For future consideration - DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY on this!!! This is simply not worth it.

I've reached out several times to you via email to clear up any confusion, but we've been unable to start a productive conversation. So I am replying here.
Our platform offers music to 35.000+ radio stations worldwide. These include both bigger FM stations, large networks and also smaller licensed online stations and local stations. In this context we have also offered your release ( https://ipluggers.com/heathenhounds ) to radio stations worldwide.
Getting airplay on large stations is hard because you are competing with well established artists. This means it is important to have realistic expectations before starting a radio promotion campaign, both with our platform but also with for example traditional radio promoters.
We can and give a guarantee on results because we have such a strong and large network of radio stations that have signed up for access to our platform. That does not mean however that we buy airplay from these stations or that we can force them to play certain things. At the end of the day it is up to each individual playlist maker what they will and won't add to their limited playlist space.
That being said, I've looked at your results and for an indie act in a niche genre with little name recognition and no other marketing efforts, getting airplay on local radio stations is a decent result, and getting airplay on large radio networks is exceptional.
In regards to your specific comments:
Airplay is not something you can "search for" using a Google Search. You can find feedback and information on airplay from the stations after you login with your account on our platform.
Your question about whether we promote to specific stations has been answered by my colleague. His comment in the same email about money is because you specifically wanted to buy another promotion so he prepared an invoice for that. It is dishonest to distort the email correspondence you had with us to suit a specific narrative.
