To be honest I was really nervous about doing this but Mr Josh , ms Samantha , ms Tammy and ms Karen made it really easy for me and made me feel comfortable with the whole process all of my future business will be done through them I can’t thank them enough!

I have never worked with a company so dedicated to ensuring I receive the best offer and payment schedule. My representative James Treble was absolutely outstanding. He is relatable and has a winning personality. He actively listened to understand my business needs. James' committment and tenacity found me the best loan for my business. In addition, I was kept abreast of the status of my loan every step of the way, right up to signing. Tammy was terrific! She explained every inch of the contract. A welcomed personal touch. Another winning personality! Kind, patient, and the highest level of professionalism. Everyone at IOU was on my team and so supportive! This level of dedication and customer service/client relations is not easily found today. I am confident that IOU can support me in the future if the need arises.
