I have recently brought a cold laser machine for my clinic from Inzys- it arrived quickly, well packaged and presented. Instructions are detailed and the machine works really well, much better than another one I had from somewhere else a few years ago.

I had some questions about a client treatment plan and they replied promptly and was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable.

Being able to chat to someone about which device is best for my condition was very beneficial. Also happy with the express shipping as the last thing you want to do when dealing with chronic pain is wait.

Good customer service

I purchased today a InzysJointRelief - Super Strength Cold Laser Therapy Device LLLT as the request of my Mother In Law. Unfortunately I needed to cancel this item not 10 mins after I placed and paid for the item. I received an exceptional speedy response from Spencer to whom I explained my issue and he was very helpful and kind. Then within the next 10 mins I received not only other speedy email communication but an email confirmation he had cancelled my order and issued a refund. I am really impressed with their Customer Service and if and when the occasion arises, I will have no problem purchasing from Inzys in the future

I had queries about the product specifications of the ExtraStrength RedLight Therapy Device, which were clarified by return, despite being outside of their operating Customer Service hours. I’m waiting for the product but CS so far has been excellent.

One thing I know for sure the customer service here are top tier, very pleasant, polite and patient.

I ordered a red light panel for my dad's birthday and it arrived with a crack on the back but I wasn't too shocked as packaging was minimal. I emailed on a Sunday about a replacement,not expecting a response. Spencer came back to me quickly apologising and immediately sending out another direct to my dad. This arrived quickly, I was constantly updated and even sent photos of the extra packaging used. I was also given the other unit to keep. I honestly can't fault the service. Absolutely brilliant for communication and putting everything right. I used the red light panel this evening for the first time and will update my review once I've used it for a while but if you're reading reviews to find out more about this company's reliability, I can say they're brilliant.

There was a delay on delivery due to the BH. The team there were so helpful on tracking my product and keeping me updated with the progress.
I received the massager yesterday. It is excellent!

I have been using sleep aid device for 4 days. Use sitting or lying down because it makes you dizzy. Was very successful for anxiety. It immediately relaxes when you experience sudden tension and stress. Note: I use it together with ultrasound gel.

Product came but post researching I’ve actually found the red light panel they are selling on Amazon for half the price. Delivery took some time to come so I would say do due diligence before ordering as some products may actually be cheaper and better elsewhere.

If I had read these negative reports, I would never have bought from this small, rude company.

Horrible customer service, they accused me of fraud, they don't want to receive the product that hasn't even been opened, they bought it from Aliexpress and sent it as if it were their own brand and they are deceiving several consumers.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! I’ll be following up both personally and professionally with the man behind this device, that’s all I will say for now.
