Purchasing an off-plan apartment can be daunting, but with Invicta Property and Ola's assistance, it was a breeze. Ola took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, showing me only the best options that matched my criteria. His insight into the UAE market and upcoming projects helped me make an informed choice. I felt completely supported, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Lily also made the aftercare process extremely smooth and was always there to answer and questions I had I’d recommend Ola and Invicta Property without hesitation.

Akbar has been a gentleman from the word go! Always ready to listen and provide a helping hand when needed. Have been wanting to invest in the UAE for a while, and Akbar made the whole process extremely smooth and easy. There was no time pressure and I felt comfortable from start to finish. Would Recommend

Ive been dealing with Akbar at Invicta Properties since Aug 2023. My initial enquiry was about what would be achievable for me on my budget. I was nervous at first as I thought I'd be laughed at and told to go away, but quite the opposite. Akbar has always been so supportive and helpful. Since our first messages via WhatsApp, we've communicated via zoom calls, phone calls and emails. He is so friendly and super helpful. After a year of procrastinating and wondering if it was the right thing for me, I finally took the plunge and I'm currently in the process of making my dream come true, owning a property in the Emirates. Not once did Akbar seem frustrated or annoyed over the past year. He always said, 'it has to be right for you'.
The process has been made so much smoother and he's gone out of his way to make sure he got me the best deal. Even on the day when I needed to pay my deposit, he waited patiently whilst the bank took me through painstaking measures to authorised the transaction.
I thoroughly would recommend Akbar to anyone who needs a friendly, knowledgeable and reliable assistant to guide you through the steps of purchasing abroad. Even down to the 'check in phone calls' to update me on how things are going. It's all been so so helpful and made me feel totally at ease.
Thank you Invicta Properties and most of all, thank you Akbar for an amazing service so far. I look forward to continuing the journey with you!!

Akbar did a fantastic job helping us with our first property investment in Abu Dhabi.
Assisting with market trends, upcoming infrastructure developments and currency exchange. Akbar is patient and knowledgeable and is a great credit to the Invicta team.

Akbar and Lilly helped in every step of the investment in Abu dhabi. This was our first investment in a UAE and Akbar and his team made us comfortable with the investment, explained the market, development value proposition and local process of property purchase.

Akbar and his team helped us every step of the way. The process was smooth. This was our first investment in a different land and Akbar and his team made us comfortable with the investment.
Akbar took lead in answering our questions via Whatspp, while inviting us to regular zoom meetings to answer the questions we had. Our SPA is now done and received, we will still lean on his shoulder as we move forward with the construction and close. But till now this has been a 5 start experience. Thanks again akbar and team

We have had a great experience with Invicta and found Akbar to be an excellent property investment advisor.

Akbar possess an in-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and wider UAE market and is always responsive and forthcoming with information.

Akbar was quick to understand our needs as investors and worked with us to find opportunities to meet our requirements. His communication style with clients is proactive, professional and pleasant which makes dealings with him simple and effective.

The after sales service we received from Lily was also great and helped reduce the administrative complexity and timeline.

Mark made the process very easy. You also need someone who takes your investment as if it were theirs. Mark was all over the whole process and ensured all the boxes were ticked. He even ensured I met with him and the builder's rep to validate the transaction. This is certainly the sort of person you need on your side when making an important decision such as this one! Thank you, Mark!

I communicated with Akbar from Invicta. Amazing guy! He did exactly what you need from an advisor:
- showed me all the projects and all the payment options
- showed me Dubai and explained it to me so I understand what I am buying and where
- had answers for all my questions
- no hidden costs
- easy process ( from discussion to choice to documents, everything online and straightforward )
This is a honest opinion from somebody that actually bought through them and everything was transparent, I didn't had any trust issues at any point and everything turned out to be amazing in the end!

I had a great initial conversation with Akbar who talked me through all my options. Further on down the line Akbar was able to advise me what would be a good purchase for my budget, which was actually less than the original unit we looked at. Akbar didn't have to do this, but he took time to understand my situation and guided me to to a more manageable and realistic property. His communication and support have been excellent and he is always on the end of the phone to answer any queries. I've had an excellent experience with Invicta Investment Properties Ltd.

Henry & Ryan were always quick to respond to my questions and sent me an array of good opportunities across Dubai. We went for a project in the JVC. Would recommend to anyone looking for similar type opportunities.

My experience of dealing with Invicta Investment Properties and Akbar Khan, was very pleasant and stress-free. Akbar is extremely well informed and flexible with his approach to dealing with clients. I look forward to expanding my portfolio using Invicta’s services.
