What is even more concerning is the complete lack of communication. I have contacted them multiple times by email and via WhatsApp, including reaching out directly to their employees , but I have received no response or meaningful update.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend being extremely cautious before trusting their promises. If they commit to resolving an issue within a specific timeframe, make sure you have everything documented, as my experience has been that the promised timeframe was not respected and communication eventually stopped altogether.

Scammers, will rope you in paying a 10 percent fee of your initial loss and then cut you off completely and bombard you with really fake looking subscription based emails about ecology etc.

Anyone that got contacted by them stay away don't give in to their game they will use your bad situation and venerable state against you to get more money of you.
