For those seeking spiritual exploration, Filiz also has experience supporting clients who describe a sense of energetic attachment or spiritual presence, offering space to explore these experiences with openness, compassion and respect for their beliefs. Your feelings, experiences and insights guide the work. Filiz’s role is to help you explore what arises, understand recurring patterns and work through what you have been carrying, while supporting your own choices and understanding. Clients describe feeling calmer, lighter and less reactive, with greater inner peace and a sense of freedom to move forward in their lives. Warmth, compassion, openness and respect for individuality are central to the practice. Your beliefs, cultural background and personal perspective are welcomed, and sessions move at your pace. You can bring your curiosity, your questions and your own way of making sense of the world. Each session is tailored to your needs and may draw on regression, past life regression, parts therapy, inner child work and tapping. Based in Ashford, Kent, Filiz welcomes clients in person and worldwide through Zoom. Separate psychic, mediumship and oracle readings are also available. Amazing Past Life Regression session…

I had a Past Life Regression session with Fil and found the whole experience incredibly powerful and healing.

Fil has such a calm, intuitive way about her, and from the moment the session began I felt completely supported and safe in her space. She gently guided me through the experience, allowing everything to unfold naturally without ever feeling rushed or led.

The session itself was incredibly powerful and brought up things that felt deeply meaningful and healing for me. Fil held the space beautifully throughout, and I came away feeling that something had genuinely shifted.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Fil to anyone considering Past Life Regression. She is a warm, intuitive and highly skilled therapist, and I’m very grateful for the experience.
