I own a real estate company based out of India and had posted a job for a sales executive. We got 41 applications through InterviewFlowAI, 38 of them completed the AI interview which helped us narrow down the best 5 among them whom I interviewed personally and hired 1. The whole process was much faster as it removed the manual scut work of going through 41 applications one by one. Definitely recommended. Great tool.
