Started off with checking all my documents and then arranging a meeting, very thorough and diligent.

First of all, they answered all of my questions, no matter how many I asked, and even scheduled two to three appointments to address all of my father's concerns. I changed my plan two or three times, but they remained patient and supported me each time. They helped secure my university acceptance, guided me through the Safeer, CAS, and visa processes, and even assisted my brother in coming to the UK with me as my companion.
