We ordered an exercise bike from the…

We ordered an exercise bike from the Paphos store in Cyprus. It was supposed to arrive the following week. Almost two weeks went past and we'd heard nothing so called the store. Apparently they'd been sent the wrong bike. The annoying part was no-one even bothered to notify us. So we cancelled the order and placed it online with the online store and paid for it. A few days later the Paphos store called and said the bike had now arrived - the one we cancelled. Almost 2 weeks after ordering the one online the 'tracking information (and I used that term very loosely as there is no actual tracking information on there), hasn't moved. I called the number and it seems that despite the order being placed almost 2 weeks ago and them taking my money almost 2 weeks ago, they still can't confirm whether the order has been confirmed, nor will it be available or if/when it will ship. Needless to say I cancelled the order AGAIN. How do these people stay in business if they are unable to actually sell their products through their stores or via their online store. And obviously, my refund will take 3-5 working days to return to me, unlike the lightening speed with with they took my money in the first place. Shockingly bad customer service all round

Do not use this store for online shopping.

Only after pushing them in store and on the phone did they finally sort out the delivery, which was 25 days after online ordering .

When the lucky day of delivery finally came, needless to say the couriers Taxydema and Diakinisis thought it would be sensible to take a photo of the front gate instead of leaving it on the balcony like any of rational person . Total waste of time, in the end just asked for a refund, who has time to spend on this rubbish ? It’s so basic but so common in Greece

Worst store to buy from in Greece

Worst store to buy from in Greece. Made a purchase they said 2 day delivery and after 5 days i called them To see what is going on. They first told me that they don’t know where the order is, and then when i called again they told me that they cannot locate it cause they cannot communicate with their storage facilities. Atrocious, καλη πτωχευση

Ότι χειρότερο! Στό ξεκίνημά της ήταν καλή εταιρία, τώρα είναι ούτε από έξω να περνάς! Ούτε ξέρουν τι έχουν σε stock, σε αναγκάζουν να βάλεις παραγγελία γιά να δείς τελικά εάν υπάρχει κάτι σε stock, δέν υπάρχουν τηλέφωνα υποκαταστημάτων, σού λένε ψέματα. Κατάντια! Μακριά!

Θέμα: Καταγγελία καταναλωτή για παπούτσια Nike Pegasus από την Intersport Ονομάζομαι Χρήστος Ντάφος και επιθυμώ να δημοσιοποιήσω την εμπειρία μου με την εταιρεία Intersport. Αγόρασα στις 23/08/2025 παπούτσια Nike Pegasus αξίας €209,90 από το κατάστημα Intersport Ζωγράφου. Μέσα σε έναν μήνα χρήσης παρουσίασαν τρύπες στο ύφασμα, γεγονός που δήλωσα άμεσα στο κατάστημα. Η εταιρεία αρνήθηκε να τα αντικαταστήσει, θεωρώντας τη φθορά “φυσιολογική”. Όταν διαμαρτυρήθηκα μέσω των κοινωνικών δικτύων, η Intersport διέγραψε τα σχόλιά μου και με μπλόκαρε. Μετά από καταγγελία στον Συνήγορο του Καταναλωτή, επικοινώνησαν τηλεφωνικά και μου πρότειναν δωροεπιταγή 50 €, την οποία αρνήθηκα. Ζητώ να ενημερωθεί το κοινό για τη στάση της εταιρείας απέναντι σε έναν απλό πελάτη που πλήρωσε 200 ευρώ για ένα ζευγάρι παπούτσια τα οποία χάλασαν σε έναν μήνα

Ordered a pair of shoes that was in stock and paid. I received the next day an email that my order is cancelled because the product is out of stock. They will take 8 days to refund! Come on this is the 21st century where everything happens in real time

I bought a pair of running shoes for 130€ from their eshop.
The right shoe was used, probably from the size fittings in the physical shop and the box was in bad condition. I am very dissatisfied.

False advertising

Purchased and made payment for a North Face Coat on 26th November - until now, 3 weeks later after numerous unanswered messages and emails, I am advised that the Coat doesn't exist and that they are cancelling my order but I still have to wait another 4 to 5 days for my money to be returned. Is this false advertising??? I think so, with absolutely zero customer service. Not even an apology.

unpleasant experience

I recently had an unpleasant experience at your store. When I requested a sock to try on a pair of shoes, I was given a visibly dirty one. Upon expressing my concern, I was informed that I would need to purchase a new sock if I wanted a clean pair.

Furthermore, a staff member wearing a "Pilates Lover" tag was extremely rude when I asked for assistance. She dismissed my request, stating, "If you don't speak Greek, I don't care about your needs." When I asked to speak to a manager to address the situation, my request was denied.

I believe this behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company. I would have expected a higher level of customer service. I will be reconsidering future purchases from your store and will be sharing my experience with others.

DO NOT BUY ONLINE EVER

5 Weeks of waiting and they don't even know where is my package! Last time i called them to check they said that internet wasn't working on their side. I was expecting more from a company like this one.

Λάθη,λάθη,λάθη, καθυστερήσεις, ακυρώνουν παραγγελίες χωρίς αιτιολογία, λάθος διαθεσιμότητα προϊόντων στο site.Βρείτε το γιατί με αυτόν τον τρόπο δεν θα πάτε μπροστά.
