Internet Electrical have been Excellent to deal with . I live on an island and the items were delivered within a week so recommend internet Electrical Great guys, Communication was excellent i was kept updated on delivery etc.

I recently placed an order where the light that I ordered was out of stock. It also turned out that the manufacturer had discontinued the product.
Anni went above and beyond to source the light from an alternative supplier and complete my order, keeping my customer happy. Will definitely be using again for future electrical projects

We recently placed a order of lights that we needed by a specific date, and the team at Internet Electrical were brilliant throughout. Annie in particular was incredibly helpful over the phone — she made sure we were ordering the right products for our needs and went the extra mile to ensure everything arrived on time. Really impressed with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

We recently bought a Zappi car charger and mistakenly purchased an additional 2 clamps which were not required as 3 came with the charger. I contacted Internet Electrical by email and they confirmed a refund could be claimed if returned within 14 days, which I did. I had to pay £4 postage myself though but as soon as they received the returned clamp I got an email confirming that the refund had been made that day.

I’d like to thank Anni for the brilliant service she provided today. Internet Electrical were unable to fulfill my order bud didn’t just cancel it. They took the time to lift the phone and provide me options. Great service and Anni was lovely. Thank you

I recently made another purchase from these guys and managed to mess up the payment. Ella and Anni speedily sorted out the issue (All my fault!) and I received my order the following day.

I've been using internet electrical for a few years now, they have always been very reliable, and if ever there has been an issue their communication has been second to none, resolving it quickly and efficiently. Their prices are far better than any of my wholesalers, and they stock all of my day to day products. I have been using internet electrical for about a year now as my main wholesaler. Good website, good prices, good products, good stock levels and on most items next day delivery. I dont think I have had a single parcel come with the wrong product or quantity of items, which cannot be said of my local wholesalers.

I was buying a Storage Heater, not only did Internet Electrical have the best price on the internet, but their 5-star reviews convinced me to go with them. I was not disappointed... Anni & the team go beyond customer service to provide Customer Care. Contacted from my initial order through to checking delivery, everything was explained & monitored for a quick, easy experience.
