Interior 13 have and always will allow me a pleasurable shopping experience. Their selection of interior finishings are fabulous. There’s always a beautiful selection to suit any budget, colour schemes and taste.

Amazing company
Amazing company! I ordered a cow print chair through their Instagram during the sale, and the whole experience was fantastic. They were incredibly friendly, replied to my messages really quickly, and made the entire ordering process so easy. Delivery was fast too, and the chair is amazing. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend them!

Further to my previous review
Further to my previous review. They have said I was defamatory against their small outlet. I don’t believe what I have read in the reply? I demanded a refund right away. No I did not. I understand they are trying to protect their small outlet but this is not the truth that is being said. Plus all of a sudden positive reviews are going on after there never were any reviews apart from mine. I purchased two decorative pots for my 2nd home in Devon and because I said I never received them I am being accused of deformation . As my husband is a lawyer I am well aware of what deformation is. It would have been nice if they just apologised for the way they dealt with this but obviously this small outlet does not like anyone speaking out. I would not use this company under any circumstances again as I think legal action may be the best solution due to the unacceptable response.

We are disappointed that you have chosen to continue publishing reviews that omit key facts and do not accurately reflect how this matter was handled.
When you first contacted us to report that your parcel had not been received, we immediately opened an investigation with the courier. As any courier investigation takes time to complete, we explained the process and kept you updated throughout.
Despite this, you repeatedly demanded an immediate refund and advised that you would leave negative public reviews while the investigation was still ongoing. As a small family business, we take every customer concern seriously, but we do not believe it is fair for businesses to be publicly criticised before they have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate a claim.
In an effort to resolve the matter promptly, we refunded your Klarna payment before the courier had concluded their investigation. Later that same day, the courier updated the tracking to confirm delivery, supported by GPS data and a delivery photograph showing delivery at the address provided. We therefore reinstated the Klarna payment, as the goods had been confirmed as delivered.
We have since carried out a full review, including comparing the delivery evidence with a previous successful delivery to the same address, which showed the same delivery location and property. Based on the independent evidence provided by the courier, we remain satisfied that the parcel was delivered correctly.
We are also disappointed by the personal remarks made towards us outside of the delivery dispute.
We respect that you disagree with our findings. However, after completing a thorough investigation, our position remains unchanged unless new evidence becomes available. As previously advised, if you believe the parcel was stolen after delivery, that would be a matter for the police, and we would be happy to review any evidence arising from such an investigation.
