The photo i received from the recipient was very disappointing. They didnt resemble the pastel bouquets had chosen in quantity or flower selection. Not even pastel.

Straightforward online process made ordering flowers easy. An error I had made in the delivery address was quickly remedied after one phone call. Same day delivery was greatly appreciated. Exquisite bouquet - I received photos from the delighted recipient.
