Interflora NZ has become my go-to for flower deliveries around New Zealand. From Valentine's roses, to a birthday bouquet for a male recipient, to flowers for family across the country, every order has arrived beautifully presented and on time.
Most recently I ordered daffodils for a birthday delivery. They arrived bright, fresh and lightly scented, absolutely lovely. The team even followed up personally when my card message was cut off at checkout, ensuring every word was captured before delivery. That kind of care is rare and genuinely appreciated.

Extremely disappointing that the…
Extremely disappointing that the flowers ordered for an elderly birthday celebration were not delivered until late afternoon. When enquiries were made with Interflora there was no attempt to contact the courier concerned only repetitive replies regarding the fact that Interflora was not responsible. Given the costs of delivery this was very unsatisfactory.

Make better use of technology in tracking deliveries!
I was very surprised that Interflora was unable to confirm delivery time. It seems very antiquated in this day and age of modern technology. They said they use different couriers - well that does not seem like an adequate response.
Also, as much as I loved the flowers (my sister sent me a photo) I wasn't wowed by the arrangement of the flowers. My sister did really appreciate them however which is the main thing.

Thank you for your feedback Lyn. We are currently working on a better way of tracking deliveries. It is complicated as a lot of florists deliver their own. Currently you are sent an email when they leave the shop. We are always looking at ways to improve.
