I ordered the bright and bold bouquet…
I ordered the bright and bold bouquet for my mum on Thudsday morning expecting it to be delivered same day, as promised. She received it the next day.
Also the bouquet was white, pale yellow and light pink, not the bold and bright pinks and purples as advertised online. She was very very happy with the flowers and she thought they looked beautiful but I was disappointed when I saw the photo.

Hi. Was disappointed with the fact that I ordered them for Monday and then they got changed to Tuesday. Also the person receiving them was called said the surprise was not a surprise any more. And also I ordered a vase that I thought would’ve been suitable for the flowers I was purchasing but they was just arrived as a little side present which was a bit weird anyway thank you

Thank you for your review. Couriers will occasionally call when to a business to make sure the recipient will be there during delivery times. Unfortunately in this case the recipient was leaving before 5pm and so the delivery delayed to the next day. The vase on the order was selected from the "add ons" and not the preset items already in vases - and so was delivered as such.

Delivery was not courier but flourish who said they wouldn't come through gate due to evidence of dog. Which was in house. Then they expected the recipient to collect no impressed
