my order was received and delivered quickly. The shirts i had made are for a special time for our family as we spend a week together cheering on my 7 yr old grandson. I am so excited to share the shirts with the “pit crew”. The details are simply amazing.I couldn’t have asked for better results 10 out of 10 A+ work! will order again!!!

I would have given a -5 if I could. I ordered a shirt they claimed I misspelled on the order. They would not refund or allow a return. They offered a discount for a reorder. I agreed. They misspelled it again and offered nothing. I know for a fact I didn’t misspell it the second time I don’t believe I did the first time either!! I believe they autocorrect it which makes it misspell. That has cost me money in the garbage!!

Easy website to navigate and shipping was "on time" as promised. Good company to deal with and I recommend you to use them.

Intent to order 3 personalized blankets.... after placing 2 in basket, I went back into remove 1 and replace with new color. Placed a 3rd into basket... went to view basket and noticed it does NOT provide you a picture of what you ordered. Unfortunately I assumed I had 3 different blankets only to find out 2 were the very exact same. Sent email to customer service describing error and telling them what I wanted... no response but only production started and no ability to alter. Will never order from this poorly run company ever again and I would advise others to heed warning.

I never received my order from Interest pod. Customer support would not work with me to resend my shirt. Customer support is bad.

Designing a custom t shirt was easy. I get tons of compliments on it. I was unsure about what size to order and they were great to communicate with, receiving an answer quickly.

Great quality shirt. The graphics are spot on. The original delivery was the wrong shirt. After contacting the seller the correct shirt was sent out. The seller was very easy to deal with. The price is good. The shirt is a bit too big. Not the fault of the seller. Will order a size smaller next time.

Overall tone of customer service is rude and they would rather argue with you and completely ignore your issues than actually help solve your issue.

A shirt that gives 90s flair AND mama pride?! Obsessed.

I ordered this as a tribute to my sweet Sawyer man who is turning one this month, and I couldn’t love it more. The vintage bootleg style totally nails the 90s throwback look, but the real magic is seeing his little face on it. It’s part sentimental, part hilarious, and all heart. 🖤

The print came out super crisp, and the shirt is comfy enough for everyday wear. Thanks for helping me turn one of my favorite faces into my new favorite tee.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a personalized shirt for Father’s Day in size Large, but their system changed it to Small after checkout. I contacted them right away, and they acknowledged my message—but still shipped the wrong size.

When I followed up, they were rude and dismissive, repeatedly telling me it wasn’t their fault and refusing to do anything about it. Their tone was unprofessional, and their emails lacked basic courtesy. They offer no phone number, no post-order editing, and no accountability.

I’ve now filed a BBB complaint and will not be using this company again. This kind of terrible customer service is unacceptable, especially when you’re selling custom products that people are purchasing as meaningful gifts.

Avoid Interest Pod. You deserve better than this.

I purchased this for my wife and the item was never delivered. When I reached out, there was an issue with the address and they decided to "donate" the item to I dont know where instead of attempting to reship. When I requested a a refund or to reship it, they refused to and offered a discount. By no means was this acceptable. I would have paid for shipping again but they wanted me to pay for the item again. They essentially wanted me to pay for the item twice. Will never deal with this thieving company again and reported them to the Better Busines Bureau.

Ordering was easy and could see exactly what the shirt would look like. A last minute Mother's day gift and it was even delivered earlier than expected. Would definitely buy from them again!
