in 2022, I bought a PC with a i5 quad processor. (8GB) max HDD storage of 500GB, and a 2GB GT730. low end pc obviously, but only 5 months after my purchase (march 17th 2023), the pc stopped working. it has a DH61WW motherboard and when i look in INTEL for any information on it. nothing appears due to it being an old motherboard. recently i took out the CPU. RAM, and CMOS. and now there’s a blue flashing light. with the occasional beeps. which i have been experiencing everyday of me working on it. i’ve been hoping i haven’t needed to replace the motherboard , because id have to buy all the other components to fit a newer, better motherboard. i still have the EBAY INTELLISCOPE letter. and i want to know if there’s anything i could do to it or would i just need to buy a whole new motherboard. (note: im quite efficient at replacing PC components, due to my interest in it, but i mainly wanted this low end one for searching online and light lower end games, im not looking to get a new PC or warranty . just conformation)

Hi there I purchased a desktop PC from ebay from this company inteliscope manchester only last august 2024.the PC is still under warranty and I'm having issues with the PC and the updates I can not contact this company via ebay and after doing a trust pilot seach this
company no longer exists and have apparently conned lots of people.now I purchaed this PC via eBay so now I'm getting on to Ebay surely Ebay should be able to do something as now I'm holding Ebay to blame I'm not made of money and this PC is now worthless. I've actually had several issues since buying this PC from Seller and I paid a Computer shop £60 to fix the last problem.however this problem.is more serious..I've purchased lots from.ebay over the years however will never purchase anything else..

I cannot get in touch with company. Bought refurbished pc with 1 Yr guarantee and it won't update win 11. Says does not support processor.

Brought two gaming PCs from them, one in June 2024 and again in July 2024; thinking what a good deal! Now both PCs won't update because they don't have TPMs and the CPUs are out of date. Both are still under 12 months warranty, brought as windows 11 running. Wasted over £800 with this company who have now apparently stopped trading 🤦. No contact details, and can't contact them through eBay.

Bought a laptop with a 1 year guarantee, there is a fault with the laptop, I have been messaging them for a month with no response.
In searching for the company online there is no trace of an email address or phone number. Searching online revealed others have had the same issue as myself.
Taking legal action with the support of Citizens Advice and Trading Standards.

Bought pc still in warranty no reply to mails completely balanking

I’m not one to leave reviews yet alone bad ones. But considering the cost of this purchase I felt the need to, to prevent anyone else getting scammed by this company.

Long story short I purchased a Grade B 2018 MacBook Pro for what seemed like a great price. Visually looks a grade B but soon enough into day to day use I realised the battery life is shocking. Within an hour battery is gone. Now it’s gotten to the point even if the MacBook is charged i come to turn it on the next time says it’s got 90% charge but a minute after turning on it turns off unless I have it charging. Reached out to the company 3 weeks ago emailing the issues, since then I emailed again. Not heard absolutely anything at all. Shocking customer service, no after care, been stolen from with this item as this is not functioning normally definitely not grade B…

I would just stay clear and spend your money elsewhere for used electronics. Unfortunately I’ve learnt the hard way.

My son has saved almost 2 years to purchase a gaming PC. Finally managed to purchase one of their gaming PC 5 FIVE weeks ago! No other communication other than an order acknowledgement and that the order is SLIGHTLY delayed...that was 4 weeks ago. Since then, no reply to my repeated emails. 2 of their Google 5 star reviews are from the 2 people that appear to be the 'directors'. Wouldn't recommned! 5 weeks, numerous emails they never replied to, but then only a few hours to reply after the negative review and initiate the refund. Very disappointing experience!

The computer I had seemed to be falling apart, and I needed a new one. My son had a very good one but I couldn't afford that sort of money, and he suggested I bought a refurbished one. I purchased a PC for my sons lesson, It keeps buffing and wont go past start up page. After the first attempt to fix it by Intelliscope ,i gave up when it came back exactly the way i sent it in.I paid £129 for the refurbised PC and i was told on the 10th of july that i will get a £60 refund. All effort to get my refund back has proved negative and all the email i keep getting is saying my refund is being cut down to £30. Dont buy from this company. Very disorganised set up .The guy responding to the emails should not be in business at all. He/she is a very rude person). Dont waste your money ,you wont get it back
