Remortgaging my property and used this form as suggested by the bank. The worst decision I made. Totally unacceptable service. You can’t speak to anyone other than a clerk reading from a script who can’t answer the most basic questions.
Avoid at all cost.

My first time remortgaging and Integrar were brilliant. Every member of the team I spoke with were super helpful and informative and the process was really speedy. The portal was also really helpful and if you did have queries, the team were easy to contact.

Communication was terrible, repeated requests for the same data that even after provided was still requested, severe lack of understanding and inability to communicate in anything but lawyer speak. I would never work with them again, irrespective of the rates given, more stress than its worth

Absolutely frustrating experience No proper communication. Charged for investigation not carried out. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Issues faced
1.Ethan said he would request redemption statement from bank. But then asked us to send it to them.
2.We were told we will get a refund but now we have an amount to pay as they wont take the redemption statement that the bank sent to us..
3.Proof of funds not requested until 2 days before redemtion.
4.Charges levied for no investigation carried out.
5. The online portal is a complete waste of time as information loaded there is not checked by anyone. The same document was sent by me over an email.

Absolutely frustrating and disappointing experience.

I am still hanging in here to get my loan remortgaged due to their inefficient services.

Definitely not advising anyone to go through them.

Our remortgage experience with Integrar was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
We encountered multiple issues throughout the process, including incorrect contact details being used, repeated requests to correct personal information that were not acted upon, problems accessing the digital mortgage deed, and receiving documents that were unreadable when printed.
To avoid further delays, we went out of our way to recreate and return documents ourselves, only to be told days later that the documents were no longer acceptable after initially being accepted. This resulted in the paperwork having to be completed and signed again, causing further delays, inconvenience and additional costs for us.
What is most frustrating is that when we raised a formal complaint, responsibility for every issue was shifted elsewhere – to the broker, lender or third parties – with no acknowledgement of the impact these problems had on us as customers.
We were also never clearly informed that our requested completion date was unrealistic or unlikely to be met, despite this later being used as part of the response to our complaint.
The whole process was stressful, poorly communicated and left us feeling that our concerns were not taken seriously. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Integrar.

1 star. Poor communication, a difficult-to-use portal, and inconsistent case management created unnecessary confusion throughout my remortgage. Despite raising legitimate concerns about how my case was handled, Integrar’s complaint response focused on deflecting responsibility rather than addressing the underlying service failures.

Poor communication. Rude staff. Given incorrect information by three members of staff which ultimately led to loss of time and funds.

Clear communication and well organised. Seamless from start to finish and would definitely use them again. Made a potentially stressful process, easy. I was well looked after by Yinxiao, Jake, Chris and Ethan.

Excellent service very fast and smooth . Great communication easy to use their services . Very straightforward and smooth application process has no problems. I’m very pleased with how they handled my application.

Absolutely awful experience with this company. I experienced delays after delays, resulting from them withholding documentation that needed sending off for weeks. I ended up myself having to send across documents to a third party to ensure things were moving along. This then led to missed deadlines, resulting in myself facing extortionate penalty fees from my lender. I filed a formal complaint and their response was insulting.
They don’t value their customers, they show no duty of care to their customers. You will be left having to chase them at every turn for any updates. And as a full time working single mum, this has been incredibly difficult to keep on top of within their office hours. But of course they’re quick enough to chase money. If I wasn’t so desperate to be done with this company I would refuse to pay them any money. Because I haven’t received a service at all. This whole process has induced severe levels of stress and anxiety, at the hands of Integrar.
I would never, ever, recommend this company to anybody.
They should be ashamed of themselves.

Was assigned this company for a remortgage last year and everything seemed to go well.
At a later date we then tried to sell the property and move and it transpired that none of the Land Registry information had been completed, updated and therefore caused delays to the sale.
We tried chasing but were consistently ignored and fobbed off. All communication was via a generic email address and we were unable to contact the the person assigned to our case on the phone.
After being advised we could "expedite" the process to be completed within 10 working days (at a cost) we paid this and were still left waiting for this to be finalised over 4 weeks later.
After threatening a legal complaint we got referred to someone else but was again ignored. At this moment we still have no answer.

Fast, responsive, helpful. All done well in time. Thanks to Chloe!

Was assigned them by my remortgaging bank, after all was said and done they cost more in fees than just hiring a solicitor myself, while making it painfully obvious that I was not their customer

2-3 WEEKS between replies even if you reply 5 minutes after receiving their email, and they only give an email address to contact them. Starting the remortgage process 3 months early, at the absolute earliest point, they still managed to run it to the wire and make the whole process intensely stressful

Additional charges appeared on my completion statement, accounts and customer support agreed I was overcharged and that the fees had not been mentioned prior so raised it further. Shortly after I was called by extremely rude management staff, who proceeded to repeatedly threaten to pull my entire remortgage if I continued to challenge any part of the fees given, leaving me no option but to pay blindly

Really the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with, of any service type

If you get stuck with these incompetent scammers do not attempt to email them, use their unadvertised phone number for all contact - 08000288288. Phone based customer support is the saving grace, except for management they were lovely.

Fantastic service provided by Jake and Chloe; totally seamless!!

The staff at Integrar, especially Roo my main contact, were helpful and efficient. After trying emails and the portal and finding them a slow and clumsy way to access information - I got fed up with continually filling in a very long password - I contacted Integrar by phone and always got through quickly and received the information I needed swiftly and efficiently. Saved sending emails to and fro! I am a little deaf and all the staff were courteous and understanding about speaking loudly and slowly when necessary. I recommend them highly.

A great experience with clear communication throughout.

We were worried about smoothly remortgaging following a previous experience but couldn't be happier with how smoothly everything went. Thanks Jake and Carl for handling our case so well and for making the whole process so easy. Highly recommend.

I found this company very uncommunicative. No phone number was provided and they took about a week to reply to emails. The mortgage was completed by the specified date but I didn’t feel this was due to their efficiency. I received automated emails which didn’t properly explain the issues.

All went smoothly with my Barclays mortgage. Thanks to Chloe and Jake.

Confusing and contradictory emails. Multiple request for the same information. Having said that the re-mortgage did go ahead as planned.
