I recently completed the Level 2 Care Diploma and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Great support
I am currently working through my Level 5 NVQ. My assessor Jane has been a rock throughout, guiding me in the right direction for research, how to apply experiences and situations I’ve dealt with in work to my diploma and keeping me grounded and motivated when I’ve been overwhelmed or feel like I need to give up.
The learning materials are clear and relevant. Monthly catch ups to check progress makes it easier to break the work down into manageable sections. However Jane is always at the end of the phone or email.
I wouldn’t be in the professional position I am currently if Jane wasn’t there guiding, pushing and encouraging me.

Amazing
I am currently completing my NVQ Level 5 qualification with integer and I’m very pleased with the overall experience. The support from my assessor Jane was excellent – she was approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to guide me when I needed extra clarification. The resources provided were clear and well-structured, making it easier to stay on track and complete my units to a high standard.
What I appreciated most was the flexibility; I could balance my studies around work commitments without feeling overwhelmed. Feedback was always constructive and timely, which gave me the confidence to progress and develop my skills further.
Taking my Level 5 has given me a huge boost both professionally and personally. I feel more confident in my role and prepared for new challenges ahead. I would definitely recommend integer to anyone considering their NVQ journey.
