It can be quite difficult finding some insurance companies who will do this task within the probate time scale if the house is uninhibited. I needed to arrange insurance for an unoccupied property awaiting sale. I found Insuristic via Google.
They specialise in this type of insurance, their cover is comprehensive & you can select the level of cover that best suits.
When I had a query & needed advice, help was immediately available.
When the sale completed & cover was no longer required, I contacted the company to cancel the policy. They responded immediately & a refund was with me that same week (as promised, they don’t charge cancellation fees).
I didn’t need to make a claim so can’t comment on that side of things but in every other respect, I would recommend this company.

A good clear understanding of the type of insurance i needed as executor for our empty property whilst in Probate.
