We're sorry to hear that your recent experience did not meet the standard of service you had previously received from us. Having reviewed your case, we can see that you cancelled your renewal within your members area after the renewal had commenced. We emailed you a renewal notice 28 days before your renewal date with your renewal quote.
As your policy had already started the renewals process, the Direct Debit payment was called for and we were unable to stop this. We understand that the situation was made more difficult by the timing of the renewal payment and the limitations around stopping a Direct Debit once it had entered the banking process, we have no control over this process.
The offer we currently have online is an introductory offer, therefore this is only available for everyone’s first year only. This is due to our underwriters giving us the discount for new members, so we then pass this discount onto the customer and then after that first year it goes to the standard price.
Your feedback is important to us, and we will use it to review how we communicate and support customers in similar situations. We appreciate your previous loyalty by insuring with us again on a new policy at a price suitable for yourself with the introductory discount.

Great value and excellent customer service.
A really simple quotation and purchase process, complicated by an error by me when inputting my contact email hence not being able to receive documents or log into my account!
Expecting a 30 minute hold situation on the telephone I was more than impressed by getting through to a real person after 5 rings and simply amending my personal details over the phone. Excellent service and a lovely change from having to deal with automated telephone systems.

Looks like good value for money
Looks like good value for money. Price was low but with added extras still a little cheaper than Golf Care who wanted to charge me £40 for my 3rd year as a customer!
