THIS APP IS EVERTHING…..

This app is soooo much better than say Task Rabbit because you post your job and contractors will reach out to you and talk to you before they agree to the job and you can meet with them before hiring them. With the other app you have to hire the person on the spot without ever meeting them or them seeing the job. I found a GREAT painter and someone to help with my floors. I am very very happy with this app.

I was looking for a landscaper to cut…

I was looking for a landscaper to cut and trim our lawn and Instapro came up. I put in what I needed. I had three companies respond quickly. We chose one and they did a fabulous job very pleased with the app.

I think it is a good platform.

I think it is a good platform for everyday people to find help. I am 70 years old and found it quite easy to hire a handyman for a small project. It's not a guarantee that everyone who you hire will follow through. But the process is simple and I like that everything except payment can be done through messaging. I will keep the Instapro app on my phone for future use.

My biggest issue is the you pay for the…

My biggest issue is the you pay for the leah when the client decides to send you their contact name. So clients choose 3 or more pros to send their contact info to. Some of these are small job, maybe charge the client $100 and the lead cost may be $20. So instapros collects $60 before the job is ever awarded. There is just too much ability for the company to screw the pros. I had a couple leads send me their contact info and I didnt win the job so I was just throwing away good money. Very easy for someone at Instapros to make a profile and send out their contact info to lots of pros and rake in the cash whole never actually awarding the job..

To clarify, we charge when a potential customer chooses to share their contact information with a Pro. This model is designed to create real opportunities to win business. Unfortunately, not every lead will turn into paid work, and we know that can be discouraging.
That said, I want to reassure you that we take the integrity of our platform very seriously. We have measures in place to detect and prevent any kind of fraudulent activity or misuse, including fake leads or internal abuse. If you ever suspect a lead isn't legitimate or you feel like a situation doesn’t add up, please report it—we’ll investigate and take appropriate action.

We're always looking for ways to improve and better support our Pros, including making lead pricing fairer and to help increase the chances of conversion. Great value pros found easy

Hired boxes first moving and handyman service, reasonably priced professional work, responded immediately. This was very important for me as my repairs were urgent. Insta bro help me find great value professionals perform repairs around my home. Looking forward to using this service for other projects in the future

It was super easy to use! I got several responses right away. Then got a couple of quotes and hired a carpenter.
