It had a horrible experience with Intantflowersforall. I have ordered a standard peony bouquet, payed 65€ and get 5 peons… How can it be possible with this price. Also in the picture there were one size peons without any additional sticks of grass, and my bouquet is 80% of green scum…. Absolutely disgusting. Never buy here any flowers.
I absolutely do not recommend Instant Flowers. I placed an order on April 30th with delivery scheduled for May 1st. They informed me it couldn’t be delivered because of the international holiday, which I understood. They rescheduled for May 2nd, but on that day they claimed the florist had closed without notice and promised delivery on May 5th instead. Now, on May 5th, they’ve told me they can no longer make the delivery at all and will issue a refund.
Completely unprofessional and unreliable service. No proper communication, no respect for customers’ time or special occasions. I would strongly advise against using this company for any important orders.

Dear Tudor, we are really sorry for how things turned out with your order. We completely understand your frustration.
We did everything we could to find a solution after the unexpected florist closure, and we truly hoped to still make the delivery happen. But since you had mentioned that you would prefer a refund if the order couldn’t be delivered the 5th of May, we respected that and processed it right away when it became clear it wouldn’t be possible due to reasons beyond our control.
We totally get your disappointment, and agree that the communication throughout could have been better. Your feedback is important and we're already working on improving things on our end.

They just save my life 😅 delivering at late hour when all the flower shops were closed already and they give me the opportunity to proceed with order and they delivered at the time in few hours at the late evening
