Thanks for the review. We do apologize if you have not received your card yet and any inconvenience this may have caused. I do want to let you know that it was printed and shipped the same day and sent via regular mail in a #10 envelope. It may have been lost by USPS or will arrive in the next few days delayed.
Either way, we have reprinted and re-shipped the order for you. We included tracking info at no cost and our production team should have emailed this info to you.
I hope you will reconsider updating your review as this was really out of our hands and control but will regardless do what we need to do to make it right.
