I did not received my order. I got a call that what I ordered and paid for is not available. I requested to cancel the order and process the refund as you are unable to provide what I paid for. Noone is answering to my emails or whatsapp messages. Terrible customer service and extremely bad experience!!!

I had placed order for 20 days course but received the parcel with only products for 10 days.. None of your email addresses and phone numbers work.. No response from any number or mail ids yet.. Very poor aftersales service and no customer service at all..

There was nothing new in the food. All you did was proportioning and for that what you charged was way more than it should have been.

Instadiet has helped me lose weight quickly. I had chosen their 4 week diet plan and lost 4.5 kilos without going to the gym. I would suggest instadiet to any one who wants to lose weight without exercising. I was also impressed by the variety of tasty food they gave me. so it was pretty easy for me to complete the diet plan.

This was the first experience that I ordered from insta diet that was amazing.

I had ordered 1 week insta diet.
I ate bhindi chana sabji and fell ill.
Severe abdominal pain and acute gastritis.
It was spicy and hurt my throat.
So I didn't try any other packets.
Sorry I had very bad experience

I asked for refund but till now there is no update

Instadiet is a good short term alternative towards your balanced diet plans. It can be taken for a week or two just to change your body intakes, making your body and gut more equipped for handling variety and making your gut less delicate for digestion.

A calorie deficit diet can not be done for a longer period of time as it can harm your body adversely.
I personally like their milkshakes and tea as i have tried using them in my regular routine.
About the taste, instadiet tastes genuine as far as we talk about a diet food, we can not expect too much taste in any kind of diet food.
I can recommend instadiet for a short span of 1-2 week, every 2 months in your diet and hoping for some good results.
As it comes with any diet food, every body responds differently to every diet, so for some it will be too quick to see the results and for some it will be not that effective.
But if taken after understanding your body metabolism and calorie intake, instadiet can be good for you.

Please do not fall for the confidence they showcase talking about their innovative packaging that keeps food from going bad for up to 8 weeks without refrigeration. The food definitely does go bad, and they will not help you in the least when it does.

I was delivered rotten, stinking and inedible food and I am yet to hear back from you.

More over, the free “consultations” are a scam as well. I have been with them for 2 months now, and they owe me 4 consultations that never happened, despite several appointments.

Their “dieticians” sound like interns at a start-up with no experience in dealing with customers, with utter chaos and confusion around each step of the ordering process.

Pricing is not consistent - you are charged large amounts if you add food to your diet, but no discounts offered when the same quantity is removed in a future order. Promises are made and then over run by a “senior” member of the team. Deliveries, customisations, the intern will say yes to everything and get you to pay, and then the senior staff steps in and explains that half the things promised are not going to be delivered upon.

Most importantly, they don’t give two shi*ts about your experience or feedback. You can hire a full time cook for 18k a month. Download a diet plan and practice strict discipline with portion control. That’s all they are, and they are definitely NOT worth the hassle and headaches. I would not recommend working with them even if they were 50% cheaper.

I don't think this is a long-term thing. The food is decent, but it tastes like "hotel made", I'm getting sick of the food after 2 weeks. I feel like throwing the food. Though it's good/healthy food, this taste makes me now want to eat it. Also, food tastes almost identical. I am not renewing my subscription anymore.

I tried 3 days/1-week/1-month(current) plans. I'm getting sick of the food.
