Shocking
Inspired asked me to write a review. I have left feedback last week as the wrong order was dispatched I ordered 3 perfumes and received one (which wasn’t even any of the 3 I ordered) I have emailed the company 3 times but and still waiting for customer services to get back to me! Shocking and I won’t be using this company again will stick to using Noted Aromas.

Incorrect order sent and no reply from customer service
Purchased from Inspired regularly and whilst I like the perfumes, the ones I have had smell great anbd last, although agree since they have changed the bottles application is not as good. My recent purchase was for 3 x perfumes they sent one perfume, which wasn’t even any of the perfumes I ordered, human error they clearly sent the wrong order which happens and is okay. I have now emailed them twice with evidence of what was ordered and a photo of what had been sent, easy for them to check I have never purchased the perfume they sent! I am still waiting for a response customer service is not good at all! They could have replied straight away and easily rectified their mistake by sending my correct order, as it is I’ve paid over £28 for a £4.99 bottle that I don’t even want! Would have expected much higher standard of customer service!

A further update to my previous 3 posts!!! Yesterday I finally heard back from Marianne offering replacements for the 2 previously rcvd that smelled quite different from the original 2 (great copies) that had prompted me to re-order. So thank u Marianne...appreciated.... but it would have been so much better for customer service to have taken this action a lot sooner

I worked in the fragrance manufacturing industry for 25 years and we made for the big name brands, and this fragrance oil is exactly what I would expect, genuine strong fragrance.
I put a small dab on my wrists about 11am and I could still smell it going to bed that night!!!

Slowest delivery and no comms
Made an order with this company on a Thursday with the hope it would come by the following Tuesday. By Monday I was not getting any update on the tracking. I emailed the customer service team twice - no response. Because I’m leaving the delivery address on the Tuesday, I will not be able to receive the package and requested a refund. There is no way to request a refund or speak to a human.
This company is either a bit scammy with good marketing or have slow deliveries with no customer service. The package might eventually arrive at my parents home with no way for me to return or use the items so it’s been a total waste of money.
Beware when ordering!

Nothing like the perfume, has a citrus like smell, awful.
Emailed several times complaining and waiting for someone to get back.

Great thumps up to Inspired Perfume…
Great thumps up to Inspired Perfume and for their service in the past and for the perfumes purchased from them for many years. Of late l haven't been able to purchase my preferred perfume on their website and l have not been able to contact anyone directly either as there is no direct phone number for enquiries on their website except via email.
I did send emails to enquire whether they still stock my favourite perfume Barract rouge 540 oil perfume but l did not get any response.
Please could someone respond back to me.
I did purchase three different perfumes to try out last week, but l did not like any of the fragrances at all.
Customer service to me has always been fantastic and swift except for this time.
Someone please get back to let me know oif you still stock this perfume or you have stopped stocking them so l can look somewhere else. Although, it will be a really shame if Inspired oil no longer stocks Barract Rouge 540.
Bought so many and also for my friends in the past.
I have only given three 3 STARS this time because l havent heard back and no contact number on their website.

My favourite perfumes…
The perfume is as good as any expensive product and I get more compliments than I ever did with them. I bought one for my daughter to try as she always buys Alien which she likes. The one I got her was Alien look alike and she said it was the same and no difference in the smell.
