Inspirations Paint - Newmarket Omdömen 

Very disappointing customer service at the Newmarket store. I went in seeking advice, and halfway through speaking with a staff member she took a phone call, leaving us waiting for at least 15 minutes. The other staff were also on calls and showed no urgency to assist customers in the store.
We really try to support small businesses, but we ended up walking out. No one seemed to care.
We won’t be visiting our local paint store again.

Friendly and knogable staff.

I,ve painted the interiors of rental houses previously. This time it’s my house and I want to get it right. I deliberately sought out a local paint store and they’ve been excellent on the service and prices are comparable to the hammerbarn. It seems I’ve got a lot to lean.

Solved a problem, suggested what I needed, all with a smiling face—- beats talking to a robot.

I was so happy with the colour advice given to me by Bernadette Smith, the colour consultant at Inspirations, Newmarket. We followed all her suggestions for the exterior colour of our home and are so impressed with the end result and have received many compliments from friends and people walking past about the look of our home. Bernadette was very pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to talk to and I would highly recommend her to help with colour choices. Also all the staff at Newmarket have been very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

When I first walked into the store I noticed how clean and organized it was. I was served reasonably promptly by a male employee who also mixed the paint that I wanted. Whilst waiting for the paint he engaged in conversation with me about my project and selecting the right shade of white. He also showed me some rollers that would be suitable for the small job I was doing. I would describe him as friendly and attentive and he obviously knew the names of many customers who entered the store whilst I was there.

Helpful and friendly staff, always have the products I need

Even though it was Saturday morning and busy, Chris had the time to help us sort the right products for a few ‘fix it’ jobs - exterior timber stairs and painting an exterior pedestrian gate.
