Good service and advice

On walking in I was impressed with all the products layout etc.Immediately I was offered assistance. I first wanted to browse and picked up a couple of items. I then was kindly offered help again. And received a few spray cans I needed. And received discount on signing up.

Staff are very helpful and brought the right product for the paint job

Carol from the Narre Warren store went above and beyond to help me with a colour for my project.

I was so confused and in a dilemma as to what colour way I should go with.

Carol made me feel so good with her help and advice, she really had great knowledge on all the colour ways we explored by explaining how a piticular colour would turn out, she really had a great eye for colour undertones and how the colour would turn out.

Not only did she spend as much time as I needed, she did it with patience and, understanding and really genuinely wanted me to have the best outcome.

I visited the store three times and each time Carol was so welcoming and helpful.

When I say that Carol went above and beyond in helping is an understatement, she is outstanding and a great asset to Inspiration Piant.
