What a lovely helpful team
What a lovely helpful team. My son had a car accident and the staff were more than helpful in sharing their video content of the crash. Nothing was too much for them. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you thank you thank you xx

Updated - solid rancid paint from a distributor that’s taken its website down.
Original: I thought the team were lovely and when they suggested a cheaper base paint because the one I’d selected was no longer made, I was thrilled at the savings. It didn’t dawn on me that they’d recommend a paint that may have had the same finish but smells horrendous and takes 6hrs for the next coat (as opposed to the smell free and 2hr re-coat I’d originally chosen). If it’s not actually “like for like”, maybe warn people before you sell it as “same as the other one”.

As an alternative, our store offered you a similar paint that closely matches the colour and quality of the Porter’s paint you originally wanted. We can assure you that our remaining stock from the same batch has been thoroughly inspected and is not defective. We take product quality very seriously and have a rigorous quality control process in place. It is important to note that drying time can be influenced by various factors, including the weather conditions. As we are currently in winter, it is possible that the extended drying time you experienced was due to the colder temperatures.
