Brendale, Poor customer service
Walked into Brendale store this morning and had a less than satisfactory experience with a staff member stating he was “a manager”.
He was rude and extremely unprofessional, he also wasn’t up to speed with product knowledge regarding urethane thinner.
Will never set foot in the store again, either will anyone I know. I’m a tradesperson operating my own business and liaise with builders, carpenters and painters, Brendale store will most definitely not be getting recommended by me.

Great salesperson
The salesperson that I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and interesting. I did not go in to necessarily buy anything, and the salesman was not trying to sell anything either really. The only reason I bought from inspirations was because the salesman was genuinely interested in listening and was not trying to sell. Every salesperson should take a leaf out of this guys book. BTW the invoice has his name as Barry M

During our recent home painting…
During our recent home painting project, we visited Inspirations, and I was thoroughly impressed by the service. The young staff member who assisted us was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. His expertise greatly facilitated our colour selection process, and we were pleased with the high quality of the paint products available. I highly recommend Inspirations for anyone seeking professional guidance and top-notch paint products for their home improvement needs.
