Inside tracker program and app has been instrumental to me to understand what's "under the hood" and make active changes towards better health. I am looking forward to implementing their suggestions and re-testing in 6 months to hopefully see some real improvements. The app is very easy to use and robust, with all the information I need at my fingertips.

I have been using InsideTracker for years now and have taken advantage of the full scope of their offerings. There is no company that provides more value to their customers when it comes to personal health and well being. The people I talk to and work with, along with myself, want to be optimal, not "Within Normal Limits". InsideTracker allows us to chase that goal.

InsideTracker.com is a very intuitive website and provides informative feedback on bio markers.

So far, so good! I have just started on my Inside Tracker journey, having only my first blood test completed. I am extremely satisfied with the very detailed personal report provided by Inside Tracker, as well as the diverse plan for addressing those areas that are out of range. I have been taking advantage of the scheduled reminders as well as the Pro Tips that the program provides. Unfortunately, I am not able to participate in the Activity Tracker program, since it seems as if it does not work with my Samsung smart watch. I look forward to seeing my next set of results after following the recommendations by Inside Tracker.

I love this product. Much more insightful than anything I get from the doctor. I showed my results to my doctor, as I expected, I think he felt a bit intimidated by it. I will do a follow up in 3-4 months to see if I can bring my inner age down even more. I’m 69 my inner age showed 63. I have some areas I can improve on.

The blood analyses and biomarkers are excellent; as well as the descriptions of the biomarkers and what they mean for overall health are excellent. But I believe the Action Plan(s) for addressing suboptimal biomarkers is really lacking right now. There needs to be a more comprehensive review of an individual's results and a custom plan to address that person's blood results. The current Action Plan(s) are very generic.

Overpriced for nothing but a blood test you can get elsewhere

I’ve been using Inside Tracker for many years now, and the information I’ve received has been instrumental in getting and keeping my body optimized for my sport and for life.

I have reached out to inside teacher after sending my dna test 7 times, 4 times via email, chat x1, and two voicemails and nobody has responded over last two weeks. It’s been over 3 weeks since I sent my test.I found this disappointing after spending so much money.

Great app with science backed advice and transparency about the accuracy of the science. A great way to find out where to invest your time, energy, and dollars to improve your health

I always thought my health was beyond good. I rarely get sick, never had chronic issues, always felt great. This product showed I can still improve. Hidden little things like cholesterol, high fasting blood glucose were a thing I never thought I had. On top of that, they tell you your personal optimal range, and what you can do every day to help bring it in check. Inside Tracker will be my go-to blood test provider from now on.

Zero customer support. I ordered the highest level kit and had questions regarding the items i received. I tried for over a week to get a hold of customer service via all available means. Not a single call back from this company. Stay away as they are a big rip off.

I have had my test results sent to me and started following the plan. This is the beginning if what I expect to be a succesful journey.

The results were really fast and I like the guidance and Help they offer you on improvements and suggestions. I like that there’s research listed as well.
