Iv just received my necklace , which I Love!
I’m more than happy with the customer service I received , after ordering I received a phone call where I was asked about a detail I wanted in the necklace, which was writing from my nanny which she had spelt something wrong, and those at inscripture wanted to ensure I wanted the wrong spelling.
This was such a minor thing but goes to show they really take care of your purchases 😊

Honestly, I didn't have great expectations for this service, but I stand corrected. The product is excellent and better than I'd hoped for. Customer service and communication is top class. The photo I sent for inscription was rendered perfectly on the small charm, in good detail. Well done guys!

The best customer service
The best customer service, can’t thank the team enough! My Mum lost a charm with her late Mums hand writing on which we originally order back in 2023. We’ve since misplaced the card with the original writing so I reached out to Inscripture to see if there was any way they held the original order which the did!!!! I placed an order and they sorted it for. Amazing communication and service! Thank you again!
